It's not often that I give 5 stars as it leaves no room for improvement. This is a rare exception. I have been meaning to take my car here for years and now I have and the boys were brilliant. My car had a premature oil change, both engine and gearbox and the car is like a different car. I have an old fashioned approach to oil changes ( every 3000 miles ) and although things have changed, I will have it done every 8000 instead. Thanks boys for being decent, clean and honest and offering a great service. Never again another garage for me.

Our old Range Rover has been taken care for years by Lucky Mortors. They are so good, have a lot of knowledge, always sort out problem. We fully recommend this garage. If we did not have this garage, we probably gave up our car.

Very polite and helpful gentleman. Gave me an estimate for an oil and filter change when I called to make an appointment. After I left he found that a full system flush was required and called to let me know how much extra that would be before the work was done. Also kindly resolved a few minor issues that came up on the diagnostics for free. Great work. Will be taking the car back there for MOT and service in a few months

I cannot thank Alex, Coco, Ella and Danny at CarFix Garage in Colindeep Lane, in Colindale for their friendly and professional service they provided for me, on my Ford Focus. From the very 1st call to enquire about the issue I had with my new car (only brought it a few days before, from what I thought was an honest dealership, turned out not to be), to coming in with my car, Alex diagnosed the fault, explained everything to me, and has been just so so helpful and kind. I was very upset by the dealership that lied to me about a hidden problem that did not show up on any online check, as it was a recent problem. CarFix have been totally amazing, and I cannot thank them enough. The garage is huge and, the waiting room upstairs is very big, with a TV and coffee machine and cold drinks freezer, plus lots of chocolates to eat, all free of charge. There are toilets upstairs near the waiting room. The waiting room over looks the workshop, so you can see your car being fixed! Downstairs in Reception, lovely Coco, along with her colleague Ella, were just wonderful. So helpful and so so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me, as I was so stressed about the car. They lent me a phone charger whilst I waited for my car to be fixed, and said if there is anything they can do, to just ask. They are the first members of staff you see when you arrive, and they honestly, are a credit to the company. Danny has been simply WONDERFUL, I don’t know where to begin. There were a few issues with my car when I brought it in, and Danny couldn’t do enough to reassure me that the car will be 100%, and I mustn’t worry. I had to bring that car back for something else a day or so later, and I left the car whilst Danny worked on it (this was on Saturday 18th January 2025) , but I was running late to pick the car up. I messaged Danny and he said don’t worry, he will wait for me to get here, and he did, an hour after the garage shut!! How amazing was that? I felt so bad, as I was travelling by other means of transport to get to CarFix to pick the car up, and Danny waited over an hour after closing time, so that he could give me the keys back to my car, and have the car back for the rest of the weekend. I truly don’t know of any garage that has members of staff that are so kind like this, and in my 36 years of driving, I’ve been to many garages with different cars I’ve had, but never had the fantastic customer service that I have experienced with CarFix in Colindeep Lane in Colindale. Danny goes above and beyond to make sure not only the car is fixed and 100% ok, but he has the most amazing, down to earth, genuine and friendly personality, that as a customer, reassured me, and that is why I will always use CarFix in Colindale. Danny you are a credit to the company, and I really hope your boss sees this review, because you deserve the allocade. My son is also so impressed at how down to earth you are, and the highly professional service you provide for your customers and their vehicles. Very happy with the work that was carried out by CarFix Garage. Was quick and simple to get an appointment for repairs to my vehicles rear bumper. Was met by Danny whom was very welcoming and keep me up to date throughout. The repairs were very high quality and it’s like the damage wasn’t even there.

I was a renting resident inside the garage premises on the second flat, at first we were a little worried about this, but first off all it is a separate building to the garage but inside it's premesis. There was a massive gate which stayed closed at night and with cameras so It was a very safe place! On the other hand, we couldn't be happier with our landlord, he was responsive on the moment, any house issue we has (which were a few to say) he resolved immediately with no remorse, he spent most off the day in the Office below the building which made life a lot easier. Considering how bad landlords can be in the UK, we got really Lucky to have such a cool Guy to work with. If you are looking to rent here I would fully recommend. The ONLY issue I had was that doors and walls were super thin and we could hear everything inside the house; say someone wanted to sleep early and people are up, or other way round. It was kinda off annoying at first but we all got used It and worked together as a household.

I was recommended this place by a work colleague who regularly has his vehicle fixed and inspected there, and Buchanan Motors certainly do not disappoint in the service they provide: the first occasion was for a major oil leak which had been splashing all over the whole engine (they fixed this by replacing the whole engine cover); the second repair involved replacing another piece inside the engine (unrelated to the first issue - mine is a second-hand car after all…). Their service is prompt, friendlyand reliable, and they have always managed to book me in at a few days notice. The place is always busy with cars and customers, which is always a good sign! 😌 I highly recommend this place!

I had an amazing experience with this garage. Although i live in South London - my friend suggested me to go there - i can now say that i won't go elsewhere now. The journey was so worth it. The receptionist was so helpful & polite (had a good laugh with her -so lovely as i was stressed about the car) & the job ny the mechanics was done to perfection. Surprisingly the price was also very good as the job was faily lenthy & not easy to my view. Thank you so much guys. Highly recommend.

Following my MOT at a garage close to my work place i was informed new brake pads and discs were required. James was recommended to me by a work colleague and he provided a quote for the proposed works . I booked in my car for the works and received a phone call from James stating I had still 40% ware left in both pads and discs thus no need to replace. Just had a full service and MOT. This garage appeared to have resolved an ongoing engine management light issue which 2 other garages weren't able to solve (and in the process I had spent about £1000 trying to fix). Very transparent with price. Very helpful, and if there are any tasks which fall outside of the scope of the garage, they give good advice on where to get the required service. As a result I learnt how to deal with various car issues which I didn't know previously. Will use again.
