I have been taking cars there for many years and this company has never let me down. The staff are friendly, helpful and thorough.

A very good garage.ive been using these guys for my MOT,s over the last 3 yrs now an their good and thorough .my vans 16 yrs old and I tend to maintain it my self during the year .I like to know when driving that the van is solid and fit for purpose.

Never had anything but first class service from this garage. I've moved around over the years and used a few different garages, but stuck with these for 5/6 years now. Always polite, friendly, helpful and most importantly, I've never felt ripped off. Work is always done quickly and seems fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. After leaving my car, I got dropped off home and collected after the job was done. To my surprise, they even washed my car. How can anyone beat that. To top it all, they completed the safety checks highlighting overall conditions of the car and what needs to be looked out for. I have no hesitation in recommending BTS Garage to anyone.

Highly recommend this garage, excellent service every time. Myself and my husband have been using BTS for over 10 years now and can't fault them on their knowledge, service or price. They have a friendly team, who always acknowledges me when I am dropping off my car. They are a very busy garage yet they always do their best to try to accommodate my work pattern and commitments which I appreciate so much. They also supplied a courtesy car at no additional cost to me on one occasion to help me with getting to hospital while my car was being fixed. Forever grateful.

The team were friendly, Antayah dealt with me initially on the phone and greeted me when I arrive at the garage, she had a great telephone manner and made me feel like there way no trouble with me dropping in to get a puncture looked at. The best experience I’ve had so far from a garage, the service level was better than dealerships. The guys know what they are talking about, the way they explain the diagnosis and prognosis in layman terms is unbelievable. Having been a mechanic myself everything that I was told made sense and best of all the price wasn’t extortionate like many others out there. It’s my second time using top techs, the first was a distressed visit with a broken exhaust. I went back for my service and MoT because of my first experience, and I wasn’t disappointed, they have fantastic knowledge. Are genuine and helpful and they do a great job for a fair price. I recently had issues with my car and waseem and the team did an amazing job to find the issue and fix within the same day. I am so grateful for the fast service and great price. They even fit me in to get my brake pads changed in the same week. My new go to garage, I would definitely recommend!

I logged an online query with Hollie and it was very efficiently dealt with. Received a quote, slightly cheaper than BMW dealers. They provided a courtesy car. Ellie kept me updated through the morning. There was extras on the work on the day, which did bump up the budget but it's done for a year. Lovely staff and would definitely use again.

Top Notch... should have been using them before! I've always been a stickler for having my cars serviced and maintained by the main dealer, in this case BMW; and never really trusted any other independent garage. Today, I learnt I've been missing out. Thanks to Ellie (who is massively experienced in all things BMW), she convinced me to put my trust in her and Fitch Autos... They were amazing! Seamless, customer centric service - Ellie walked me through from the booking (which was all locked and loaded in 24 hours!), through the MOT results and Service - including providing a courtesy car. Prices were much more competitive and I was even sent home with a take-out tea. Also, with BMW I barely received any loyalty recognition - with Fitch, I'm all kitted out with a loyalty card and rewards that are accumulating already. Fitch have recently carried out 2 MOT’s, 1 service and a repair for me and have been first class on every occasion. I have been regularly kept up to date via phone and text message/email. Have been going to them for about 2 years. Whenever I had a problem they always advised first, checked and explained everything in detail, gave me options on what needed to be done. Never pushy. Jobs done were always of best quality and never needed to go back for the same issue twice. Price very decent as well, compared to any other place. Very trustworthy and honest. By far the best garage I have ever used. Marc and his team advised me that my service was overdue, I advised him I worked in the week so it made sure to book me in on a Saturday, he them gave me the opportunity to drop the car off on Friday evening so I didn't have to get up early on the Saturday. On the day of service, Marc went in at 6am to service my car, within a few hours it was done! No massive work needed and a very reasonably priced full service Some garages would do their best to rip you off so naturally I dred my service but not this one! I have never been so impressed with a garage especially for bmw makes I will go back to him as long as I have my bmw I'm the happiest and most relieved customer ever! My local BMW/Mini dealership wanted to charge an extortionate amount of money to fix a faulty on my Mini Cooper Automatic transmission. I had this fixed by Ian who put me in touch with Marc, his business partner. As I was travelling from over 3 hours away and needed a full service & MOT it seamed a perfect situation to get it done at same time. Initially I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't know the area and it was long way for me to travel. Marc and Ian made it very clear in their communications of the work they would carry out and the costings. For me they did a great job and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Very experienced mechanic who have been fixing and servicing all the cars in our family for years. They even did my classic Morris minor. Always willing to go the extra mile to get to the bottom of more problematic issues and keep overnight if necessary for the job.
