My family have been using Forge for some years, Nathan and Dan have also provided an excellent service for the company I work for. Nothing is ever too much trouble, only recently having experienced a flat battery Nathan made sure he had my car fixed and ready within hours, what more could I ask for, a five star service.

Been using Forge autos for a couple of years now, Nathan always gives the best service possible. He is straight talking, doesn’t try and baffle you and does a great job. He was a great find as garages are so difficult to trust these days! Highly recommended.

I was recommended Nathan and I couldn’t be happier. A few times now he has helped me out of bad situations with cars. Nathan is not just a brilliant mechanic, he is reliable, fantastic value for money and offered me advice when Iv needed it. Top Notch... should have been using them before! I've always been a stickler for having my cars serviced and maintained by the main dealer, in this case BMW; and never really trusted any other independent garage. Today, I learnt I've been missing out. Thanks to Ellie (who is massively experienced in all things BMW), she convinced me to put my trust in her and Fitch Autos... They were amazing! Seamless, customer centric service - Ellie walked me through from the booking (which was all locked and loaded in 24 hours!), through the MOT results and Service - including providing a courtesy car. Prices were much more competitive and I was even sent home with a take-out tea. Also, with BMW I barely received any loyalty recognition - with Fitch, I'm all kitted out with a loyalty card and rewards that are accumulating already. I logged an online query with Hollie and it was very efficiently dealt with. Received a quote, slightly cheaper than BMW dealers. They provided a courtesy car. Ellie kept me updated through the morning. There was extras on the work on the day, which did bump up the budget but it's done for a year. Lovely staff and would definitely use again.

I am writing this on behalf of my mum as she doesn't have internet. She had her bumper sprayed and some extra jobs too. Communication was great, and even when there were issues with replacing a part, Paul phoned my mum to discuss prior to starting work. My mum lives locally and Paul dropped her off and collected her too ( she's 86 so preferred not to have a hire car). Absolutley brilliant customer service and so local for her too. I saw the good rating on this place and with it being close to work I was happy to wait a few weeks for a repair after I found someone had damaged my car. I was not disappointed! It's so rare to experience good customer service these days but Paul and his colleague were great from start to finish! From a friendly initial consultation and quote, they provide a courtesy car and the repair is genuinely flawless - a smooth journey! Fully recommended!

Had a couple of small scratches and chips on my car which was due to be sold and one was quite prominent as was the previous bodged repair of it, and it was this I wanted fixed. Not only did Paul do a cracking job on that, he also touched up some other small chips/marks as he had the paint mixed and some time to spare. Fantastic service, well priced and I would highly recommended.

Thanks to the Tay and the tech team for getting my car back on the road before the Easter break. Unfortunately there was no option but to purchase an original equipment fly wheel from the dealer which bumped up the price quite a lot. Still the team kept me informed and gave me options. Overall would recommend this company.

The team were friendly, Antayah dealt with me initially on the phone and greeted me when I arrive at the garage, she had a great telephone manner and made me feel like there way no trouble with me dropping in to get a puncture looked at. Lewis dealt with the repair, talked me through things and was polite and knowledgeable about everything. Resolved my issue in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the work. I have used BTS for years and years now and the service always stays the same - always helpful, always make you feel welcome and never feel pressured into having unnecessary work done. BTS - Helen and Lawson and their staff - are definitely a company you can trust your car with.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. After leaving my car, I got dropped off home and collected after the job was done. To my surprise, they even washed my car. How can anyone beat that. To top it all, they completed the safety checks highlighting overall conditions of the car and what needs to be looked out for. I have no hesitation in recommending BTS Garage to anyone.

I'm very pleased with Conrad's. They did a free diagnostic test. They identified the problem with my car's engine and ordered the new part it needed. They fitted it and my car drives so much better now. Very thorough and good value. Highly recommended.

By far the best garage I have ever used. Marc and his team advised me that my service was overdue, I advised him I worked in the week so it made sure to book me in on a Saturday, he them gave me the opportunity to drop the car off on Friday evening so I didn't have to get up early on the Saturday. On the day of service, Marc went in at 6am to service my car, within a few hours it was done! No massive work needed and a very reasonably priced full service Some garages would do their best to rip you off so naturally I dred my service but not this one! I have never been so impressed with a garage especially for bmw makes I will go back to him as long as I have my bmw I'm the happiest and most relieved customer ever! My local BMW/Mini dealership wanted to charge an extortionate amount of money to fix a faulty on my Mini Cooper Automatic transmission. I had this fixed by Ian who put me in touch with Marc, his business partner. As I was travelling from over 3 hours away and needed a full service & MOT it seamed a perfect situation to get it done at same time. Initially I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't know the area and it was long way for me to travel. Marc and Ian made it very clear in their communications of the work they would carry out and the costings. For me they did a great job and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Marc Diagnosed a drive assembly fault that's been troubling me on my BMW 5 series, Booked me in quickly, replacing the faulty part and in a timely manner. The entire process was hassle free, the fault and its implications were explained perfectly. We discussed another issue that is non urgent on my front suspension, it was completely unknown to me, I'll be getting that looked at next. Great service, knowledgeable guys, fantastic prices, I shan't be troubling a main dealer anymore for my service and repairs.

Booking a full service and mot was really easy. I could choose a date and time that suited me. The only criticism I have is that it was left to me to find out when my car was ready to collect. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using Stourbridge MOT Centre again. 👍

The mechanics were very polite and helpful. They checked my vehicle even though they were busy with other vehicles. Reassured us vehicle is fine and did a thorough check.
