The staff were extremely polite and helpful. After leaving my car, I got dropped off home and collected after the job was done. To my surprise, they even washed my car. How can anyone beat that. To top it all, they completed the safety checks highlighting overall conditions of the car and what needs to be looked out for. I have no hesitation in recommending BTS Garage to anyone.

Highly recommend this garage, excellent service every time. Myself and my husband have been using BTS for over 10 years now and can't fault them on their knowledge, service or price. They have a friendly team, who always acknowledges me when I am dropping off my car. They are a very busy garage yet they always do their best to try to accommodate my work pattern and commitments which I appreciate so much. They also supplied a courtesy car at no additional cost to me on one occasion to help me with getting to hospital while my car was being fixed. Forever grateful.

The team were friendly, Antayah dealt with me initially on the phone and greeted me when I arrive at the garage, she had a great telephone manner and made me feel like there way no trouble with me dropping in to get a puncture looked at. Lewis dealt with the repair, talked me through things and was polite and knowledgeable about everything. Resolved my issue in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the work. Thanks to the Tay and the tech team for getting my car back on the road before the Easter break. Unfortunately there was no option but to purchase an original equipment fly wheel from the dealer which bumped up the price quite a lot. Still the team kept me informed and gave me options. Overall would recommend this company.
