Eve and Paul were fantastic with their advice on what to choose and how it would look, etc. My bathroom was fitted by Job Done and their team who went above and beyond to help me. We are so happy we chose Splash to design and fit our new bathroom. Having recently undergone a total knee replacement I needed a walk in shower. Paul spent a lot of time talking through my needs and wants and designed the perfect bathroom for us. From the taller toilet to the niche in the shower for shampoo, shower gel etc.....its disability friendly without looking like it. Josh and Neil did a fantastic job of fitting and the finish was top class as well as leaving my home clean and tidy. We're very happy to recommend them to friends and family.

We had our bathroom transformed by Splash. Eve was great, designing and advising throughout. Always really helpful and excellent communication with us at all times. Richard and his team of fitters did a high-quality job. They were always polite, on time, and very tidy.

After a visit to their showroom and a meeting with Paul, We chose Splash to replace our main bathroom and 2 en suites and are really pleased with the end results as all 3 bathrooms are now complete. I first used Isaac in 2011, when I had my central heating put in across the house and had a new Valiant boiler installed and i was instantly impressed with his positive attitude and approach. 13 years on and that boiler is still going strong! This lad is always punctual and reliable and his honest demeanor always oozes calmness, even in the most stressful situations. Isaac is a fantastic professional and has regularly serviced my boiler annually. He is very thorough and always talks you through things to explain what he is doing. He always seems to solve every problem you have with his technical expertise and experience. The workmanship is outstanding and hes always polite. A true gentleman and I have recommended him to many of my friends and family. I have never felt the need to use a different plumber.

Issac & Ryan have excellent knowledge of heating systems, which is so important when diagnosing the issues. The heating system is kicking out heat like never before. I had two plumbers out in the last 2 years, and both left with heating system in an average state. In fact, I would refer to Issac and Ryan as Heating Engineers, not plumbers! Issac was the only person to ask for documentation of the original install too. The workmanship was outstanding - see photos - and his colleague Ryan leaves no stone unturned.

I needed a new boiler install and used I-deal Gas Plumbing and Heating services. Brian carried out the works to a high standard, was very friendly and transparent throughout the entire process. We needed a cast iron radiator fitted in our spare room. The pipes needed moving before fitting and also before the laminate floor went down. Brian was very accommodating. He did a fantastic job, explained in detail what he had done and what the next step was as he needed to visit us twice (once for the pipes, then to fit it after the floor was down) as it needed to be mounted to the wall, he used the touch up paint and even painted the stays the same colour as the wall. True professional and a really nice bloke!

I cannot thank Brian enough for all the help he gave me when my old boiler decided to give up during the recent cold and snowy weather. Despite being extremely busy he got to me very promptly and ensured I was able to keep my heating and hot water running. Having decided to opt for a new boiler Brian was able to provide me with a number of options and quotes and then once I decided which one I wanted he was able to get to me the following week to commence the installation;. On the day he arrived very promptly and got to work straight away decommissioning my old boiler and at this point that’s when we hit a problem as it transpired the wall behind the boiler had been quite badly damaged by a leak some time before. With the help of Brian I was able to get a builder to come the next day and repair the brickwork and re plaster. Naturally we had to wait a couple of days for the plaster to dry it and this is when Brian really came into is own. He was able to work his magic with his workload and other customers, diary etc. and arrange to get to me firsts thing Monday morning to undertake the new installation. I can honestly say that Brian and his apprentice are by far the best tradespeople I have ever employed and would absolutely recommend him to everyone. Punctual, honest, competitive pricing and nothing was too much trouble. I have to say as well that it was a real pleasure to see how much time he also takes in supporting and training his apprentice(s) ensuring that he is passing on his skills and experience to the next generation. Highly recommend.

Have recently used RB Porter for the first time after being let down twice by the firm thag originally installed my boiler. We had their engineer Darren was excellent. He went above and beyond contacting the manufacturer of the heating control unit Salus,  because it have never worked properly and the company that installed the unit haven't wanted to know. I was very impressed that you didn't want payment on the day, sending the invoice separately and also sending the engineers report and taking a water test, something I've never had before. We would definitely recommend

Very professional and punctual and got straight to the problem. Multiple fixes completed on the day without the need for any new parts. Called after reading the good reviews. Had a gas leak from the bayonet valve by the cooker. Called Brian who came around the next day and fixed the problem. Very good communication and friendly. Checked properly for leaks and made sure I was happy with the work. Would definitely use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
