I have used Perry Plumbing on a number of occasions, and have always found then to be, helpful, friendly, and competitive in price. They do the job to a high standard. Received a very rapid response from Perry Plumbing when my boiler broke down and was beyond repair in the middle of January. Anthony arrived early the next day for the quote and very kindly offered me the use of a spare heater. My new boiler was fitted 48 hours later and installation was hassle free. Anthony and Woody are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and customer focused. They went above and beyond and I'm really impressed with the professional job and outstanding customer care. Truly appreciative to be warm again and I won't forget your kindness.

We were very pleased with the service from Hancox Gas and Plumbing. They installed a new boiler for us and kindly moved the location, replacing old pipes (which resembled a level of Mario Bro’s) and simplified it. In a nutshell, very professional and well organised company who I would definitely use again.

Fantastic service, it was straight forward, very informative, the workers they sent out were efficient, friendly and easy to work with. They installed my new boiler in 1 day, it's been a week so far since the completion of the job, and I've had no issues so far. Another plus is that they cleaned up after themselves completely without leaving anything in my driveway/garden I would 100% reccomend

Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

I contacted Jack the Plumber through Check-a-Trade. He responded really quickly, communication was very clear. He visited within days to view the job and provided a quote quickly. The quote was hundreds cheaper than another one I received. He made clear in advance what was needed and explained clearly why it was not straightforward - I would say that overall his communication was very clear. The job went very well. Very professional service, highly recommended. I called Jack and sent some pictures via. Whatsapp. He quickly identified the issue and was able to complete it the same day. Our leaky valve was replaced and our heating system is working much better.

From the first contact communication was excellent. A new mixer shower was supplied and fitted within 4 working days. A leak on our kitchen sink outlet was fixed at the same time. Jack, and his son Chris, arrived at the arranged time. Both jobs completed efficiently and no mess created. All at a very, very reasonable cost. I recently visited for plumbing parts and advice, multiple times I went, and the experience was fantastic. The staff here stands out with their helpfulness, friendliness, and patience. We had problems with our boiler not switching off. Then it completely died on us Nemo came out and within 20 min he recognised the issues. He came back after ordering the parts. Took him about 40 min. He was polite and helpful and explained everything that he was doing. He cleared up and left no mess. Totally professional I would highly recommend Would 100% use again. Utterly brilliant service. Came out same day when the gas issue with the solenoid had failed us. Being a manufacturer we needed to get work up and running and a super fast service carried out the same day with care and attention by Naseem. He was patient and careful and very friendly and easy to communicate with and generally have a friendly chat as well. Just a top guy doing a great job at a very good price. We will use again 100%

These guys are fantastic. My boiler had given up during through coldest days during Christmas. Busy these guys sent someone over same day I called. They came over, did a bunch of tests ABs told me I need a new pcb board, which could be installed by my self. I followed their instructions and now the boiler is fixed at minimal cost to me. Thanks guys for the good service and fast response.

I fully recommend heat4homes. We have used John twice now (to fit some new radiators and to fit a new bath) and he is professional and friendly, arrives on time, cleans up after and is really reasonable when it comes to costs. I was let down by a company when my boiler failed and my brother recommended John as he had been very impressed with his service and reliability. Within a day of contact John had visited my home and given me a quote to replace the boiler. He is very thoughtful to keep you in the loop about his exact arrival time. I can only say I was amazed at how hard he worked to ensure that I had heating working on his first working day at my house in freezing weather. He returned the day after to finish off the details and gave me tips about how my boiler worked. John is a real expert, totally reliable and very professional, you are in safe hands with him. Sam came to our rescue twice when our boiler started to play up and got it back to working order. When we decided it was time to replace it we knew he was the man for the job. He worked tirelessly with his colleague Gary what proved to be tricky installation. They stayed until 9.30pm to ensure we had heating as we have 2 young children, which really was above and beyond what we would have expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
