Our boiler kept shutting down, I contacted Lee who came out and carried out a thorough check on it he diagnosed the main board had failed.He ordered a new one and fitted it the next day he also carried out a full service. We cannot fault the service we received he is very professional and prompt. We would highly recommend him.

Lee serviced my gas fire and boiler, he was very professional, cleaned up after himself and explained which parts needed replacing. Price was very reasonable too.

At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Paul came out to put new taps in the bathroom (bath & basin) on completion we found one of the basin taps to be faulty! I had to order another one...i contacted Paul & he came out to put it on at no extra charge...now bearing in mind it was neither his fault or mine I think it was commendable of him...i would highly recommend Paul...very efficient..

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. When I spoke to Lee and explained what the problem was (blocked bathroom toilet) he was very helpful. Ben and Preston came shortly after and quickly resolved the problem. Same day service. A job well done. I found both Ben and Preston knowledgeable, efficient and easy to get along with. After fixing the problem they tidied up after and left my bathroom clean.
