Lee serviced my gas fire and boiler, he was very professional, cleaned up after himself and explained which parts needed replacing. Price was very reasonable too.

Lee repaired my previous boiler when he was subcontracting for another big company and i kept his number as i was impressed with his work at the time. This time we had a new house, a new boiler (installed by completely different people), and a non-urgent but annoying pressure issue which turned out to be a pipework leak, so I messaged him asking for his availability. He was able to fit us in quickly and kept me informed when he would arrive. He repaired the leak and installed a drainage tap to make any subsequent heating issues easier to resolve; he serviced my boiler as asked, filling in all paperwork appropriately, and did a couple of other additional things that showed he is meticulous, thoughtful and careful in his work. He was friendly and professional, efficient, and everything was "by the book" so very reassuring, and his pricing was fair. An excellent person all round - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and will be using his services again.

Lee was a very friendly individual who listened to my concerns, and completed my boiler repair thoroughly and with ease. He arrived on time, communication prior to appointment was good, even offering advice over the phone on initial call as he was in the middle of another job. At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

Had KWS heating come and quote to install a new vertical radiator and service our boiler. We found him very competitive on price and also punctual and professional. Evening before due to arrive he contacted us to make sure everything was still okay for him to come and complete the work for us. He is very good at his job , he altered the pipework to suit our new radiator which looks amazing and serviced our boiler, he also filled in the appropriate paperwork and also advised us to have the boiler serviced regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

Paul came out to put new taps in the bathroom (bath & basin) on completion we found one of the basin taps to be faulty! I had to order another one...i contacted Paul & he came out to put it on at no extra charge...now bearing in mind it was neither his fault or mine I think it was commendable of him...i would highly recommend Paul...very efficient..

On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. Good customer service. Tav did a couple of jobs for me and kept me informed throughout. He spoke directly with my tenants to sort out the job so I didn't need to get involved (hassle free!). Charged a fair price for the work he carried out. Will use him again if needed.

I rang Tav this morning, he came round this afternoon as promised and did the job. An absolutely top class piece of work, done efficiently, quickly and tidily. Tav's a great bloke - friendly, knowledgeable and treats you with too customer service. If you want plumbing or gas work done then Tav's your man!

New sink and tap installed. Perfect job. Cupboard door wouldn’t go back on due to the sink being in the way of the hinge, Tav managed to get it sorted quickly, new hole put on the cupboard door, old one filled and hinge moved to allow for the door to go back on properly. Tidy job, no faults at all.

If I wanted to be picky & find fault… I honestly couldn’t. Tav installed my boiler last year & I was so pleased with the work I asked him to do a full bathroom fit. The work quality, cleanliness & overall professionalism is second to none. The pricing is really fair & unlike some traders, he delivers what is promised & won’t fob you off. Can’t sing enough praise. So so happy with all his work.
