Lee repaired my previous boiler when he was subcontracting for another big company and i kept his number as i was impressed with his work at the time. This time we had a new house, a new boiler (installed by completely different people), and a non-urgent but annoying pressure issue which turned out to be a pipework leak, so I messaged him asking for his availability. He was able to fit us in quickly and kept me informed when he would arrive. He repaired the leak and installed a drainage tap to make any subsequent heating issues easier to resolve; he serviced my boiler as asked, filling in all paperwork appropriately, and did a couple of other additional things that showed he is meticulous, thoughtful and careful in his work. He was friendly and professional, efficient, and everything was "by the book" so very reassuring, and his pricing was fair. An excellent person all round - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and will be using his services again.

Lee serviced my gas fire and boiler, he was very professional, cleaned up after himself and explained which parts needed replacing. Price was very reasonable too.

He arrived on time, communication prior to appointment was good, even offering advice over the phone on initial call as he was in the middle of another job. House clearance taking place during his attendance which he dealt with calmly. Thorough in his work, explanations and instructions provided for new equipment. Would highly recommend Lee.

Our boiler kept shutting down, I contacted Lee who came out and carried out a thorough check on it he diagnosed the main board had failed.He ordered a new one and fitted it the next day he also carried out a full service.
