Can’t express highly enough the service provided by Rich. We suggested that we might have rats and was with us within 3 hours. In fact, we had a magpie stuck in the chimney: Rich identified the problem and was able to rescue the bird and set it free. We got SK Pest Solutions out to get rid of ants in our kitchen and they were very professional and came out promptly. We haven't had the ants back so very effective service! Would definitely recommend and would use again if we had a pest problem!

Had to call Steve again to sort out a wasps nest. He came at really short notice (on a Sunday) and sorted the problem immediately. This is the fourth time I've needed him (wasps seem to love my house!) and he has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. From initial call to office to report issue with the wasp nest to visit following day the service was excellent and professional. Stuart in the office was extremely helpful and flexible to my times for a visit. The gentleman who visited the property was polite and respectful and actually indicated he thought we had killed the nest with our treatment the previous day… he could of done the work still and charged us! However, we still decided to treat the nest just to be on safe side! Cost reasonable for excellent customer service… thoroughly recommend.

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

Dave arrived when he said he would, was polite & knowledgeable, made sure he dosed all of the entry points (of which there were 10 of them high up along a large stretch of exterior Wall where the roof tiles meet) and didn't leave a mess. Wasps one day, none the next. Would definitely recommend 👌
