Dave arrived when he said he would, was polite & knowledgeable, made sure he dosed all of the entry points (of which there were 10 of them high up along a large stretch of exterior Wall where the roof tiles meet) and didn't leave a mess. Wasps one day, none the next. Would definitely recommend 👌

Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. As it turns out I didn’t have a problem, but felt assured it had been checked thoroughly. Reasonable price compared to other local services. Would recommend.

Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. We got SK Pest Solutions out to get rid of ants in our kitchen and they were very professional and came out promptly. We haven't had the ants back so very effective service! Would definitely recommend and would use again if we had a pest problem!

Had to call Steve again to sort out a wasps nest. He came at really short notice (on a Sunday) and sorted the problem immediately. This is the fourth time I've needed him (wasps seem to love my house!) and he has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company
