I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. Without question use Nick - I called Nick and admittedly was a little far from him but he still came and worked on our garden and the rat(s) for 3 visits. Nick is an absolute gentleman - prompt every time, excellent levels of communication and really thorough. Will definitely use again and recommend others to do so too.

It’s pretty rare that I’m so impressed with the service I’ve received but I would whole-heartedly recommend Nick - I’ve been singing his praises to people who don’t even have any pest issues! We had a problem with mice and had spent hours reading reviews of various companies online and just couldn’t find any with consistently good reviews. We were feeling totally hopeless until some local friends recommended Nick and we are so grateful they did - he managed to fit us in the next day, did a really thorough job very quickly and has been back twice to double-check the issue has been fixed. On top of doing an excellent job he is perhaps the nicest man I’ve ever met, and so friendly and polite. Really good value compared to most of the other companies we found, too. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Nick is extremely friendly and professional. Have had an ongoing issue with carpet beetles and moths and last year Nick helped tremendously in our efforts to eradicate. Not quite there yet but hope with his continued assistance this can be sorted. Thoroughly recommended as Nick goes above and beyond in trying to ensure his clients are satisfied.

I had a wasps nest in my loft and rang around for quotes. Pest Takers were by far the cheapest quote and came out on the same day. Problem solved.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

Mohammed was professional, on time and incredibly thorough (as one needs to be with eliminating rats!). He was also kind and made me feel comfortable when asking all sorts of questions. I contacted mercury pest control a few weeks a great as I saw rats coming into my garden. The were very efficient and quick to act. They came over the next day and spent time looking for all the entry points so that they could be as effective as possible. They took there time and did not rush like other companies. They clearly explained the process and after 3 visits the rat problem had gone away. They then proofed all the entry points so that it would be harder for them to try this again.
