I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

Outstanding service highly recommend I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. He took the time to explain his plan in detail, showing me exactly where the problem areas were and then covered up the holes. I then had a follow-up visit to ensure everything was still sealed and secure, which I thought was a great touch I haven't seen any signs of mice since then. Mohammed was professional, on time and incredibly thorough (as one needs to be with eliminating rats!). He was also kind and made me feel comfortable when asking all sorts of questions. Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

Beaver Pest Controller agent Darren has been so amazing , and extremely Helpful and efficient, very polite and professional. He pays attention to detail and make sure you are happy with the service before he leaves . Had Pigeon problem and needed help and advice. Perry came through recommendation and glad to report did not disappoint. Called him and got a date in the diary. He arrived on time. My wife showed him the affected area. He carried out an inspection,advised on best action and cost. This was very competitive and work was carried out on the same day. Perry was very well prepared,with a can do attitude. A very professional and honest person. Would not hesitate to recommend. Rare find in this day and age.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I had this frequent issue with mice, but since Perry came down and worked on it, I don't see any mice any more. If you want to get rid of pests permanently, you should pick the company that is best at taking care of the problem for good. Pest-Tec is the best exterminator in the area. I found them online and gave them a call, they answered all my questions promptly. Phil came out to inspect, gave the treatment, and my issue was resolved. This all happened in a period of just 4 hours. I was very pleased with this company, they set the standard of what customer service should be.
