From my initial contact with Ewa, the service offered was sterling. She helped calm my nerves and an appointment was booked within 48 hours. The Bioactive Pest Control Specialist, Albert, who is patient, professional and sympathetic, identified the problem as a moth infestation, and explained to me the procedure, which would be carried out in a two-week period, followed by a third visit if needed within a month's time. He also detailed the fogging and the insecticides used to eradicate the problem. The job was started in the next few days, the results were immediate and I could finally relax and begin to enjoy my flat once again. Recently had a new ktichen rennovation work done on my home so this caused some infestation of mice in my home which I was not happy about. Called Biopest as I liked the information that was added on their webpage. The technician came & did a good inspection around my home & advised me on the best way to make my home proofed against future infestations. I was very happy with his advice & he also added further measures on points of my home where the problem was occurring. I was very happy with the service they provided & also thanks to Eva for her kind & reassuring manner when I called to make a booking. Unfortunately my neighbour also had some problems & I recommended Biopest to her & she was very happy with the advice she was given when she had her home inspected.

Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

I had Environ pest control come out to rat proof my house. I have to say, since their visit which was more than 3 weeks ago, I haven't seen any signs of rats on my property! One of a kind service. They talked me through the whole process of rat proofing and gave me reassurance all the way through. I highly recommend Environ Pest Control!

Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Wish I had consulted them years ago.

The technicians have been supportive and helpful, also any emergency visits have been arranged quickly and efficiently. Account manager is always one phone call away, assisting with his knowledge and experience to help to choose right approach to the problem and find suitable solution. We've been looking for partnership with our service provider and so far we are not disappointed.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I had this frequent issue with mice, but since Perry came down and worked on it, I don't see any mice any more. It's been a couple months already that I haven't seen a mouse. Perry, the tech, was very friendly and professional. The overall experience was great, I couldn't be happier!

Phil came out to inspect, gave the treatment, and my issue was resolved. This all happened in a period of just 4 hours. Had Pigeon problem and needed help and advice. Perry came through recommendation and glad to report did not disappoint. Called him and got a date in the diary. He arrived on time. My wife showed him the affected area. He carried out an inspection,advised on best action and cost. This was very competitive and work was carried out on the same day. Perry was very well prepared,with a can do attitude. A very professional and honest person. Would not hesitate to recommend. Rare find in this day and age.

If you want to get rid of pests permanently, you should pick the company that is best at taking care of the problem for good. After trying four different exterminators to help us get rid of bed bugs and failing, I tried these guys. They handled everything professionally and smoothly. Finally, bugs are gone from my home after six months of trouble. I am really happy.

So cheap company, the service man came at home and put poison for mice , but it doesn’t work, he was very unprofessional, he entered my rooms without informing me, overall i wasted my money for this bad service of quick pest control
