Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! I'm very happy to recommend this company!

Outstanding service highly recommend I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. He took the time to explain his plan in detail, showing me exactly where the problem areas were and then covered up the holes. I then had a follow-up visit to ensure everything was still sealed and secure, which I thought was a great touch I haven't seen any signs of mice since then. Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

Jack was the tech that visited. I have nothing but praise for this lad. He was dealing with my elderly Mum, has been very pleasant, took time to speak to me on the phone (as I couldn't be present), explained everything he was doing along with advice and feedback. I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. Fantastic service and experience with Bugwise, specifically Mo. We moved into our property and because the previous owners had pet cats and rats we had a really bad flea infestation. Mo quoted very reasonably but more importantly he was incredibly helpful and friendly going above and beyond, helping to prepare the house for the spray and fumigation. He was very quick to offer helpful advice on any other potential pest issues, checked for evidence of mice and rats in the eaves and attic just for free. The flea treatment got rid of the problem within 2 days, not seen a flea since whatsoever. We then hired him to investigate and deal with scratching sounds we could hear above our bedroom window. Mo found the source immediately and since closing the hole in our roof we've had no issues. My fiance mentioned offhand an issue in the garden with all the local cats using it as a litterbox and he was so quick to recommend all the materials and solutions explaining how we could sort the problem. A great experience start to finish and would highly recommend.

Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out.
