I contacted mercury pest control a few weeks a great as I saw rats coming into my garden. The were very efficient and quick to act. They came over the next day and spent time looking for all the entry points so that they could be as effective as possible. They took there time and did not rush like other companies. They clearly explained the process and after 3 visits the rat problem had gone away. They then proofed all the entry points so that it would be harder for them to try this again. His communication skills are excellent and he follows through on everything he suggests (a rare commodity these days). Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind. My balcony is now clean and pigeon free! No more cooing through the night. The back end of my wrap-around balcony was repeatedly covered with pigeon poop because the birds would perch around the outer perimeter and the hand rail. Pigeons had taken up residence in a roof drain opening that exited through the wall underneath my balcony. There is also a soil pipe along the adjacent wall (also below my balcony, laying horizontally) on which the pigeons were perching and using as a toilet, dirtying all the neighbours' windows below. Robert hooked me up with bird spikes along the problem areas and the soil pipe. He netted the drain to keep the birds from entering, but still allowing the water to drain. 3 days later, my balcony is still clean and it appears the pigeons have moved on to sleep elsewhere. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them. Less expensive than I thought it would be. Very professional and knowledgeable.
