We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

I cannot recommend Sani enough. He treated our house for fleas. He is highly knowledgable and efficient. He returned for a final visit at no extra cost and said to call if any more problems. No need for form filling and waiting for call backs. Just friendly, easy and professional !

I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. The guy turned up an hour and a half later and removed the rat efficiently and quickly. Very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. They were knowledgeable, polite, arrived on time and explained all the treatment that was taking place.

Lewis was great and very helpful. We had a leak from our bathroom and were convinced we had a rat or squirrel issue. He was able to quickly identify the issue and recommended a drain survey and didn’t charge us. We will need to use Lewis once the work from the drain survey has been completed and we will definitely be using Lewis for the rest of the work!

We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Mohammed was professional, on time and incredibly thorough (as one needs to be with eliminating rats!). He was also kind and made me feel comfortable when asking all sorts of questions. Finally, he was the only pest control that was available relatively last minute and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. For at least 9 long months me an my wife had an issue with mice in are bathrooms we tried many different ways to sort the problem but nothing worked we even brought a cat. I been having an ongoing issue with mice reported to the council and they were unable to solve the issue. Getemout was recommended to me I spoke to Trevor who came the next day with his team and started investigating. The next day they completed the job and we are coming onto 3 months now and I have not seen not one mice!!! The team removed a squirrel I had living in my loft. They came round first thing in the morning and within a couple of hours the squirrel was gone and he had sealed up all entry points. My balcony is now clean and pigeon free! No more cooing through the night. The back end of my wrap-around balcony was repeatedly covered with pigeon poop because the birds would perch around the outer perimeter and the hand rail. Pigeons had taken up residence in a roof drain opening that exited through the wall underneath my balcony. There is also a soil pipe along the adjacent wall (also below my balcony, laying horizontally) on which the pigeons were perching and using as a toilet, dirtying all the neighbours' windows below. Robert hooked me up with bird spikes along the problem areas and the soil pipe. He netted the drain to keep the birds from entering, but still allowing the water to drain. 3 days later, my balcony is still clean and it appears the pigeons have moved on to sleep elsewhere. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them. Less expensive than I thought it would be. Very professional and knowledgeable.
