We had a horrible horrible time with bed bugs these last few months and were very difficult to get rid of. We constantly contacted the council and the bed bug problem never went away. We threw away a lot of our precious belongings and had a hard time trying to sort out the problem ourselves. When we found this company on google in the beginning, we were sceptical, but this company has saved us thousands of pounds and hours of sleep. Craig is incredibly kind and very professional, we no longer have a bed bug problem and Craig has even offered to double dose the house again just to make sure that the bed bug problem is no longer an issue. He answered all our questions and made sure that we would no longer have this issue. We highly recommend this company, the price may seem a little expensive for heat treatment but in the long run it'll save you from throwing out your furniture and constant unbearable itchiness. We used Craig and his team for a moth heat treatment. We had moths for years leaving holes in our sweaters and coats (despite having sticky traps). Craig and his team were professional and provided updates throughout the day. He made it an easy process for us. Due to us having a lot of clothing / items in our closets, Craig provided a free follow up treatment to ensure all of the larvae and moths were gone! I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money!
