I called Alex after our first spray for bed bugs on 15 October from our housing association. We still had live bed bugs, Alex came on 25 October and sprayed our entire flat. He is professional, affordable and a genuine person. He gave us excellent advice in terms of buying new furniture and re-decorating our flat. I phoned him after the treatment, he still was gave us further advice. Alex is calm, polite and very knowledgeable in his work field. We can't thank him enough. My husband was itching since we moved in our new flat, six months ago then this problem with bed bugs. Since Alex treatment, my husband itching stopped and we highly recommend him. Thank goodness I used this company!! Well worth the investment in getting a job done properly in the first place. We had an infestation of rats in our property having had some recent renovation works and over the counter traps/baits are just useless. So many cowboy companies about too. Matthew was very knowledgable and thorough in his survey and am please to say that within a week, the problem has been resolved. We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

I had Environ pest control come out to rat proof my house. I have to say, since their visit which was more than 3 weeks ago, I haven't seen any signs of rats on my property! One of a kind service. Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Wish I had consulted them years ago.

Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

Daniel gave me full details of what was involved beforehand with a very fair quote for removing the Pigeons, nests, cleaning the area inc. the solar panels and sealing up with wire mesh. He and Josh turned up bang on time and got the work done very well and efficiently, would definitely recommend. Nice people to deal with.
