Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. Was recommended Oscar at OG pest control from a neighbour who had used them & we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Oscar and his colleague were both super friendly & very professional when it came to their job. A very clean & precise job has been done by the both of them. Oscar dealt with a recent pest issue in our flat. On Sunday, I gave them a call regarding a mouse problem. They were really helpful, kind, and professional. The same day, Motasim showed up. He was incredibly kind, inspected my land, took pictures, and set the bait. I've just seen it on Sunday, but the mice haven't shown any more activity. In three and a half weeks, Motasim will conduct a follow-up inspection. He was really helpful in calming me and my girls and responding to all of my queries. He pointed out areas of entrance and provided additional guidance on how to close the gaps left by the treatment. Excellent value for the money; I heartily endorse them. Unfortunately, the property I purchased was not properly vermin resistant, which resulted in rats in my walls and mice in my kitchen, among other serious flaws. I'm really grateful to Motasim and Mahfooz for relieving my tension and removing another issue from my life. Because of their mutual understanding, the issue was quickly identified and fixed, all the while attempting to keep expenses as low as possible for me as the client. Every organisation needs a Motasim who is really enthusiastic about his work, goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and always has a warm, welcoming smile on his face. Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

He was dealing with my elderly Mum, has been very pleasant, took time to speak to me on the phone (as I couldn't be present), explained everything he was doing along with advice and feedback. Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. I was impressed with the installation which was nice and straight, the netting taught, and cable ties evenly spaced and clipped. It was a pleasure to have such a professional experience throughout. Predator offer an excellent service with very efficient and friendly technicians. We have a wasp's nest problem, they will keep coming back for several weeks to retreat with no further charge if necessary, in our case this is due to the nest being difficult to access around/below the rafters. We have had issues with mice in various areas. I contacted Predator and they attended on the same day which was great. Richard the engineer was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and told me what areas we needed to proof. Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. Mark was very professional, helpful and friendly. He and his team did a great job on our solar panels on two sides of our roof. The work was done to a very high standard as expected and everything was neat and tidy including the cleanup. Mark gave me useful advice onsite and over the phone which was above and beyond my expectations. He even took off an old unused TV aerial that the pigeons were using causing poo splatter on my solar panels.
