Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Courteous, careful and respectful throughout - can’t recommend highly enough

Ryan was SO helpful with a mouse issue we had. I called them and he came round the same day, then came round another 2 times to make sure everything was going well, and that then preventative methods were in place. Oscar came to help us with a pest problem in the mid-autumn and proceeded to come back every week until the start of spring until it was fully dealt with, showing great diligence and care as he did so. He was very nice to deal with and he was clearly working hard for us and a number of clients. Can’t recommend him enough.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Oscar was a true star. He eliminated the problem quickly and returned week after week to absolutely ensure there were no more pests. Alex was super efficient in eradicating our wasp problem. Only took one visit, about 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

One in a million! Good honest services and prices. Very rare to find these days. I was introduced to Richard's company about 18 years ago. I had been running big Central London restaurants and was fed up with the large corporate pest control companies. They were expensive and deceitful. Initially I was concerned that a small family business wouldn't be able to cope - but from visit number one, I haven't been anywhere else.
