Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. We have had issues with mice in various areas. I contacted Predator and they attended on the same day which was great. Richard the engineer was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and told me what areas we needed to proof. I would 100% recommend Predator to deal with any pest control issues as their quick response and manner in which they deal with things is second to none.

I recently had a problem rats and called Predator for help. From the initial conversation to the final follow-up, their service was outstanding. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough in their work. They quickly identified the source of the problem and recommended a treatment plan that got rid of the rats completely. They also gave me helpful tips on how to prevent future issues and undertook work to prevent the rats returning. I'm a very happy customer. Richard from Predator Pest Solutions was polite, helpful, informative and he very efficiently dealt with my wasps nest. A few weeks later a few wasps were still visible but he returned to retreat the nest under the guarantee. I am very happy to use them again and I can certainly recommend them.

Predator offer an excellent service with very efficient and friendly technicians. We have a wasp's nest problem, they will keep coming back for several weeks to retreat with no further charge if necessary, in our case this is due to the nest being difficult to access around/below the rafters. Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

Mohammed came promptly on time, was very polite and understanding. He was respectful and used gloves while working. Mohammed is a hardworking professional, checking places I could not have even thought of! He explained the behaviour of mice, which was very helpful and I saw positive results after the first visit.

We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. Oscar was a true star. He eliminated the problem quickly and returned week after week to absolutely ensure there were no more pests. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.
