Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. EXCELLENT - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was hearing mice scratching around. Stephen visited and very carefully looked for all entry points. He also checked for mouse droppings and evidence. He placed mouse poison strategically outside the house. The following week, Daniel visited and checked how much they had consumed. He re-checked for entry points and added some more bait. He also spotted a developing issue of flies in one of the drains. Both worked very thoroughly and explained the situation and our options. They did not rush and took their time to effectively deal with the issues. They are professional and do an extremely good job at a reasonable price. Many thanks!

We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

Gabriel was absolutely amazing from the start to finish of his service. My sister and I were extremely distressed when we noticed mouse droppings throughout our rented flat after some time away, and after contacting Bon Accord, we had an appointment with Gabriel as soon as suited us. He detected the issues and set about resolving them with swift efficiency, enabling two mice to be caught in the next few days. He also noted other issues in the flat which he compiled into a report which was very valuable in showing my landlords. Further, Gabriel provided a follow-up visit and has been so helpful at answering our queries since the initial visit. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Bon Accord more and was extremely impressed with their professional and pleasant service!

Gabriel responded to my initial email and was out treating my property within 24 hours. He was very thorough with his work and there were no further sighting after his initial visit. Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away.
