We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! From the get go, Eshan was really friendly and listened to us as we spoke about our wedding day and what we wanted. On behalf on my Wife and I, I would like to thank Personal Touch for creating the most perfect and spectacular wedding for us, in fact for creating the wedding of our dreams! From the first meeting with the team (some 12months before the wedding) we were left with a sense of purpose and confidence as Eshan inspired us with his words, knowledge and passion to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams....my wife actually said in the car after leaving the office "he really is going to smash this!".... Personally what we really loved was Eshans passion and his ability to understand our vision from the first second of what we wanted, and that is what I think the key to the huge success of the wedding was - once Eshan understood the vision he was free to explore the wedding industries top suppliers, providers of goods and services. We would then be able to choose who & what we would like to go with (or not go with) as Eshan always provided more than one option. My wife actually found a picture online of a wedding set up we loved and so she showed Eshan on the first meeting, his face beemed as he asked where we saw the picture, to which we replied Google. Proud and passionate as ever Eshan informed us that it was one of his set ups from a few weeks before and explained what equipment he had there and how the event was planned and run - straight away it proved the scale of events the Personal Touch carry out - they break the Internet with their events!!!! While working with The Personal Touch team, we have not only had a wedding planner - DJ and agony uncle but we also leave having made a life long long friends, something money cannot buy! I used AR signature for my wedding decor and they did an amazing job. I used them as they did my brothers wedding 6 years ago and did an incredible job. They are super supportive and are very well versed in their trade. When I went to the meeting they recommended me all the best stuff they could provide me within my budget and how and why they would set everything up. We used AR Signature for our wedding in July at Chigwell Marquees. The process from start to end was seamless. I knew exactly what I was getting and the team were very clear about the process. As for the wedding day itself, they executed everything on time, I didn’t need to be called or worry about anything and they went above and beyond to help where they could and I don’t think I’ve experienced that level of support from decor company. The decor was one thing that was heavily complimented by our guests on that day and we can only thank the team at AR Signature for that. We highly recommend them!

I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

Emma made the whole wedding so special, every time I freaked out, just speaking to her clamed me down, she is so brilliantly organized and like the best friend you didn't know you needed just sorting stuff in the background. TAC recently catered for and decorated my mum’s 70th birthday. Soner and his team are great at what they do. The guests loved the food!! The manager on the night (apologies as I have forgotten her name) was fantastic she was so attentive and a genuinely lovely person. She checked in with me all night and made sure the night ran smoothly. All my family have said how great she was. Azer and his team of decorators did an amazing job, the room was beautiful and looked great in pictures and videos. The team on the night packed away all the decorations and tableware quickly and effortlessly ensuring that we were out of the venue by the allocated time. Soner was very accommodating, patient and calming during my many moments of panic during planning and on the night lol. I want to say a big thank you to the whole team you truly made the night so memorable for our mum and guests. TAC provided catering and decor for my wedding day. I had to postpone our original date due to unforeseen circumstances and they were gracious and understanding, allowing us to reschedule to a new date. We ended up hosting our wedding day 16 months later and they made the planning process so easy from beginning to end.
