Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. Mercedes, you are a talent and if I only made one right decision with regards to my wedding, I know It was choosing you to make our dream day a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

Where do I start, Mercedes and her dream team! ❤️4yaparty is a very special small business which is growing to high level but will still stay at it high standard of service and personal touch. Mercedes and Alex with her beautiful family did my wedding June 2024. They went above and beyond my expectations. Mercedes blow my heart away with how she did my wedding decor and co-cordination! (yes I noticed that extra detail). Everyone had something to say about how beautiful my wedding decor looked. Mercedes is passionate for Eco-friendly and stability Work , she is Professional, friendly and a dream to work with. Working with Mercedes at Jasmine & Henry's wedding was an absolute delight! Her communication was top-notch, and she delivered everything we requested with a touch of her own creative flair. Her team was incredibly professional, efficient, and paid attention to every little detail during set up. We can't thank her enough and are eagerly anticipating our next event together!

Cannot recommend Amber Events highly enough! I love hosting but when it came to my parents wedding reception in my garden I just knew it had to be special with as little stress as possible and I can honestly say that using Paula & her team was worth every penny! We had plenty of correspondence and meetings with Paula & Jo beforehand to ensure that our vision could come to life, and they offered us lots of great suggestions! We wasn’t a huge event (65 people) but we made sure every space was utilised and the timing of everything was perfect. We used the following services: • Marquee with Lights, Curtains & Dancefloor • Bar & Bar Staff (including made to order cocktails) • Private Chef & Waiting Staff • Table & Chair Hire • Glasses, Crockery, Cutlery etc Hire • Ice • DJ Everyone that came to the house was so respectful, friendly & helpful but most importantly, I had zero stress on the day – even when we thought it was going to rain, Paula was there ready with a backup plan (luckily we didn’t need to use it). And all of our guests commented on what a fantastic day/evening it was. Cannot wait for the next opportunity to use Amber Events again! Thank you so much xxx

We have used Amber events 5 times and each experience gets better and better, we just call Paula and the majic happens. Without doubt the best party planning company in the Uk today. Brilliant people, catering, entertainment, service, marquee, Dj, photography, luxury Portaloo’s, cocktails, lighting, you name it, nothing is too much trouble. Will booking again soon, Thankyou Paula & the team 👍👍👍👍👍

Would highly recommend. Paula at Amber Events organised our wedding reception/garden party for us in July. She is friendly and efficient and engaged with us regularly. She understood the theme we were going for and arranged all the suppliers from stretch tents, lighting, DJ to catering. Paula added zero stress in the run up to the day and on the day itself her and the team were awesome! Everyone has commented on how amazing the day was and several guests have messaged since for details on suppliers. We couldn't have done it without you Paula!

Paula and her team were exceptional in helping to plan and execute my son’s 18th party. Paula’s wealth of experience means she can really help you get exactly the vibe and style you want and nothing was too much trouble - she completely took the strain and stress away. Lizzy who ran the bar for us on the night was absolutely fabulous too and loved by all. The whole night was a great, great success. Thank you 🙏🏻

What can I say about Amber Events, other than AMAZING! From the very start we had a good feeling about Paula and Amber Events and knew they would help take the pressure off the big day. But she takes all pressure off from the very start to the very end. Paula has so many ideas at the start of the process and made it clear that she can make it happen. Paula was helping arrange a 40th and made the party the best ever. They arranged all staff, all the entertainment, catering, cocktails, helped arrange the marquee, and just had everything covered. Anything we hadn’t thought of, Paula had. Anything we wanted, Paula made happen. We could not thank her and everyone that worked for Amber Events enough. At the start we did think about trying to arrange the events ourselves, but thankfully we allowed Amber Events to do it. We both enjoyed the party like we were simply guests like everyone else, as Paula took control and managed everything. So if you are thinking “Do I need help with an event?” The answer is YES. And there is only one place I would now go! Could not recommend highly enough!!
