Contact plumbing bend and has same day service, super fast response, extremely helpful. What impressed me more was the fact the he allowed time for his job already booked before he could confirm that he could come. Which meant that he is professional and prides his work rather than squeezing you in or miss an existing appointment just to make more money! Would definitely recommend. Bexleyheath boiler replacement + new boiler installation into another room + removal of old radiator in favour of a vertical one. Joe was removing my very old 25+ years boiler from the kitchen that had a massive tank (located in utility room) and installed a new compact combi boiler into the utility room, super happy with the results. Joe is very efficient with his time, very professional and focused to get things done, but will also be attentive to your questions. He plastered the old boiler wall hole, drilled the new one in the utility room wall, did underfloor pipes work to make them straight, since we plan to also place a washing machine into the same utility room, he also removed a massive old radiator from the living room (new radiator is yet to be purchased). Joe also explained about thermostat positioning and he relocated it to a better place away from sun and drafts, he also showed about boiler indicators and parts and external weather sensor and what sounds combi boiler makes. It's a very clever new system. Hot water works, shower pressure on the second floor dramatically increased, kitchen space freed to place a fridge there. Very happy with the results. Joe is very responsive by the phone and whats app messages too. Very happy, highly recommend Joe if you are in Bexleyheath area. Thanks, Kate.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient Engineer. I would highly recommend Joe for both value & service and courtesy. He did everything he could to help as soon as possible when my boiler broke and I felt safe and able to trust him at all times with this work. Nick did a FULL bathroom renovation for us, taking out our old, knackered one and turning it into a beautiful, stylish & fresh space. Couldn’t be happier with Nick’s workmanship. He was a great communicator throughout, keeping us informed with any changes; reliable, hardworking and had a great attention to detail. Quality Plumbing installed our new bathroom suite and tiled the bathroom with a herringbone pattern on the walls and mosaic hexagon tiles on the floor. We are so happy with the result which looks amazing with a great finish. They also surfaced all of our pipework at our request which was a tricky job with our pipe system. Would 100% recommend or re-use again myself if I needed to.

We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Just had Carl out to do a job Thames water failed to do!! Was at my house within 20 minutes of me calling, talked me through what was wrong, what had to be done and got straight to it. Cleared within an hour and very good rates!! None of this £600 and nothing to show for it business! Polite, chatty and tidy! If you need a plumber please call this guy! We were looking for a Plumber to fix our boiler as it stopped working when the temperature started freezing. Joseph was kind enough to come over in the late evening when most of other plumbers were not willing to. He was able to find the issue within minutes and fixed it at no time. We had very good experience with Joe. He cleared the blockage in the pipework of our central heating system with the minimum of fuss. It was expensive but like most things these days you only get what you paid for, so no complaints I would definitely recommend Joe as he is very knowledgeable and a nice guy to boot.

I called Joseph to have a look at a leaking shower which I had tried unsuccessfully to fix myself. He was very good with communication and turned up right on time.
