Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Minar immediately asked me follow up questions to help diagnose the problem, explained possible scenarios, provided advice and gave me cost estimates. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He then walked me through resetting the thermostat on the off-chance it would solve the problem, which it did! I'm planning to replace the immersion heater anyway and I will definitely be using his services again. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Minar is extremely professional and knowledgable. He takes a lot of time to explain the issues to you and help you understand what needs to be done. His work is thorough and of a high standard. He is also very reasonable; I had an issue with the volume of the water pump being installed and he offered a very amicable solution to resolve it. Highly recommend.

Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Mireld and his team are very professional and helpful! They helped us fix radiator leaks on the same day as we called and helped us change the expanding vessel of the tank in like half an hour. Very professional and nice work. Would recommend them and use them again myself if issues arise!

I’ve used Michael’s services on three separate occasions now, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He’s professional, polite and extremely punctual with great communication. All the work needed is explained clearly, completed to a high standard and reasonably priced. Michael Robinson is our favourite Geordie plumber: He's polite, caring and does a great job at the best price possible! My 82-yr old Mam lives in Newcastle and I'll be honest, she usually doesn't trust tradespeople. Yet she calls Michael an "Angel" and is impressed at how seriously he takes his job, understanding when something is urgent. For example, she recently had a boiler leak and Michael came over to fix it ASAP. And even though the job took longer than we all originally thought it would, he refused to take any more money. Therefore, my Mam and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Michael as a plumber and giving him 5-stars for his 5-star service!

Stefano did an awesome job of moving my radiator last week. He was courteous, professional, worked quickly and was very thorough with the whole process. When he initially arrived to give me a quote he was thorough in taking his measurements to ensure the radiator would be best fit to heat the room. He also was thorough in testing everything worked post-fitting. I am very pleased and would highly recommend him. Images attached. Terry and his team gave a competitive quote and then undertook a total overhaul of our heating and hot water system with changing from a gravity system to a pressurised system. By helping me understand my heating system I've saved a TON on call out fees as he's taught me a few tricks and understanding so that I can do the trivial troubleshooting and basic fixes myself and have James over for the things I can't. For that reason I think Platinum are the #1 value for money service I've ever come across! It also helps their friendly, fast and cost effective! James is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through what needs doing and why. He helps you understand more about your plumbing system which is always a nice touch. We had to have a replacement pump fitted which turned out to be a bigger job than expected but James was very competent and did the job well.

Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

I was recommended Aren by a friend and was not disappointed. I needed a boiler service and my usual plumber was booked up for months, so contacted Aren and had an informative response within 15 minutes. From that point on communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate me on the day of my choice. The engineer who came to do the boiler service was punctual, professional and got the job done in good time. The invoice and payment process was also quick and efficient. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.
