Fantastic service from Michael after our boiler broke down over the Christmas period. He came to try and fix it very quickly and then provided us with options to suit our situation and budget and went out of his way to help us sort it all out. Really professional and friendly- would 100% recommend.

My boiler stopped working so called M T Plumbing & Heating Services, Michael came out the next morning, he checked the boiler & said the heating filter on the return pipe was blocked causing a circulation problem.He cleaned the filter & got the boiler back up & running correctly. I have used Michael for many years & always been pleased with his work, & he didn't even charge me.

We recently had Priority Plumbing & Heating complete a full heating system installation, including a new boiler, and two bathroom installations. We were extremely impressed with the service. The new heating system has greatly improved the comfort of our home, and the boiler is working perfectly. Both bathrooms look fantastic—modern, functional, and finished to an impeccable standard. Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Every member I have interacted with have always been happy to provide advice and information so much so sometimes this advice leads to me saving a lot of money. We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Priority Plumbing are my go to professionals for this work and would highly recommend Mr. Byron and the team.

Georgie and his team did a fantastic job with my bathroom re-fit. it was completely ripped out, replastered, tiled & new suite fitted. They even put up all my new accessories and blinds! Georgie and Albert were professional, clean and tidy and kept me updated along the way. There other contractors were also amazing. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent , professional and highly reliable service . Have used Agustin 3 times now and each time he has delivered with minimal fuss and reliable service. Quite unlike my previous experience of plumbers pushing for unnecessary upgrades, not the case with Agustin. First was emergency callout with flush , he fixed it using the materials I had and advised against changing the whole ( as other local plumbers were advising me) still works perfectly . He then changed the external drainage and flue pipe , again stellar economical service. Recently have used him to put smart heating solution around my existing boiler... again while other were proposing boiler upgrades , Agustin did the job with Google Nest and Tado Trv and ensured all radiators were working after the changes . Highly recommended!

I had a number of issues that needed addressing so I called various local plumbers for help. Agustin (AGM) was very helpful over the phone and visited the next day to see what I required. He was very helpful and just a nice chap. Gave me a ballpark price range that night which was reasonable and told me he was very busy but would try to fit me in quickly. I accepted the price and he did all of the jobs within a few days. Everything is now fixed and his work is to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend AGM for all of your plumbing needs.

James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. Called Oz as my central heating was not working. He made availability for the same day to help me. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!
