The new heating system has greatly improved the comfort of our home, and the boiler is working perfectly. Both bathrooms look fantastic—modern, functional, and finished to an impeccable standard. Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Every member I have interacted with have always been happy to provide advice and information so much so sometimes this advice leads to me saving a lot of money. Every time I have guests over they always comment on my bathroom and some of the practical choices have come from the team, this is a testament to the years and experience they have within the team.

We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Priority Plumbing are my go to professionals for this work and would highly recommend Mr. Byron and the team.

Georgie and his team did a fantastic job with my bathroom re-fit. it was completely ripped out, replastered, tiled & new suite fitted. They even put up all my new accessories and blinds! Steve has replaced our very old boiler after it was condemned as unsafe . He upgraded us to a combi boiler and repositioned it in a much better place. He upgraded all our pipework . Steve was very pleasant and very easy to deal with. He turned up each day on time ,explained that days schedule of work . The job was completed on time despite a couple of hiccups due to our system being over 25 years old . Steve took these unexpected problems in his stride resolved them with no issue. Steve left everything very clean & tidy and his workmanship is very neat . I have no hesitation in recommending him, and will call on him again if I have need of a plumber

Excellent , professional and highly reliable service . Have used Agustin 3 times now and each time he has delivered with minimal fuss and reliable service. Quite unlike my previous experience of plumbers pushing for unnecessary upgrades, not the case with Agustin. First was emergency callout with flush , he fixed it using the materials I had and advised against changing the whole ( as other local plumbers were advising me) still works perfectly . He then changed the external drainage and flue pipe , again stellar economical service. Recently have used him to put smart heating solution around my existing boiler... again while other were proposing boiler upgrades , Agustin did the job with Google Nest and Tado Trv and ensured all radiators were working after the changes . Highly recommended!

Augustin fitted a number of cast iron radiators for us in Walthamstow and was fantastic. Fast and friendly and the work was top quality. Also had a recent Boxing Day emergency where he saved the day - can’t recommend enough!

Called Oz as my central heating was not working. He made availability for the same day to help me. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!

James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy.
