Minar is extremely professional and knowledgable. He takes a lot of time to explain the issues to you and help you understand what needs to be done. His work is thorough and of a high standard. He is also very reasonable; I had an issue with the volume of the water pump being installed and he offered a very amicable solution to resolve it. Highly recommend.

Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Minar immediately asked me follow up questions to help diagnose the problem, explained possible scenarios, provided advice and gave me cost estimates. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He then walked me through resetting the thermostat on the off-chance it would solve the problem, which it did! I'm planning to replace the immersion heater anyway and I will definitely be using his services again. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Couldn’t recommend this plumber more! Anderson was brilliant - he arrived within 3 hours of my call when my boiler suddenly started leaking water. He was super friendly, fixed the boiler really quickly and explained everything to me clearly so I now feel much better able to handle future boiler problems. Really reasonably priced & very efficient!

Anderson was great to work with. He responded immediately to my plea for help, even though it was 10pm, and offered to come out the next day . He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get a new diverter valve, fitted it and serviced the boiler. Really impressed by Anderson's friendly and professional demeanour. Fantastic service. I called Andy after having British Gas come in to fix my boiler. They left my heating disconnected for 3 days and then cancelled on me twice. There was not a thing I could do. Late review, but I had a major issue (flat got flooded due to faulty AC installation) which needed a report from reputable plumbers. As the AC company refused to admit fault. Sonny came out and did a great job. He carried out a thorough investigation, eliminating any possible issues. He explained a lot of things to us and gave his professional opinion on the matter. His brother also came out to take a look to confirm what Sonny had told us. Sonny then provided us a detailed, neutral, and concise report. They're really knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend them for any plumbing work, big or small!

I had a blockage between my kitchen sink and my bathroom which was causing the bathtub to gurgle every time I turned on the sink. Dan was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and his brother Sonny came the next day to fix it. He did a really thorough job and worked very cleanly, taking the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it. Price was also reasonable, would recommend and use again.

Shadiq is very punctual and discipline. When he says he will come at certain time and does things, he does so efficiently and competently. He is also very smart, he knows what to do to fix leaks, etc. By comparison, I also had another plumber checking my kitchen, but he seemed to be not as capable /take the job seriouosly. Shadiq is very capable and trustworthy. Highly recommended. And to top it up, reasonable price too.
