Chris is the owner of Whitebread heating. He supplied and installed a new combi-boiler into my house. His quote was reasonable and professionally put together (not sent over a text like other plumbers). He was friendly and professional and his work was first class. Recommended.

Late review, but I had a major issue (flat got flooded due to faulty AC installation) which needed a report from reputable plumbers. As the AC company refused to admit fault. Sonny came out and did a great job. He carried out a thorough investigation, eliminating any possible issues. He explained a lot of things to us and gave his professional opinion on the matter. His brother also came out to take a look to confirm what Sonny had told us. Sonny then provided us a detailed, neutral, and concise report. They're really knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend them for any plumbing work, big or small!

Dan was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and his brother Sonny came the next day to fix it. Cornel came to look at our shower which had no hot water. He was extremely thorough, checking different parts of the water system (including the pump) and offering fair and open advice on short and long term solutions. Very happy with the work, communication, and explanations, and will definitely be using Infinity Plumbing again in the future.

Cornel came to replace our old water filter taps which was leaking. He promptly identified what adapters was required and went out to purchase them. Installed with no fuss at a reasonable price.

Cornel identified some serious issues with our boiler, he gave us a few options in the end we got him to change the boiler for new. Very good service, will definitely recommend.

Alex has worked on my propertyfor the last few years. Always so reliable. In a world where there is so much stress and worry he is the one of the few rare trademan that you know you can depend on. He will always show up when he says he will, he will follow through and his pricing is always fair and trust worthy. Where he can't repair something because it's not something he is familiar with he will be upfront and tell you (which is another trust point right). In our case a few years back we had just installed a solar heating system he was unfamiliar with. What did Alex do after that? He learnt about the system and now we use him to check on the systems workings annual as well for any emergency. Highly recommended. If only there was more like him !

Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He was super friendly and approachable, could not recommend more if you need any boiler work done.

Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. I had my boiler serviced by Wesley, lucky I did as he found a dangerous problem inside the boiler, a valve inside the boiler was leaking gas and Wesley got it fixed within the hour, also the cost was very reasonable.
