We've used Sandhurst for a few jobs in our flat and they've always been great. The latest job was renovating our bathroom and we couldn't be happier. I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

Sandhurst fitted a completely new shower after an on-going leak damaged the original, as part of a buildings insurance claim. Very impressed with the quality of finish, attention to detail and professionalism of the team - particularly Cenk and Lukas who managed the project. Would highly recommend.

A great service received. Engineer arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on the heating and plumbing problem they were called out for. Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job. Boiler not working. Excellent customer service on the phone. Errol diagnosed the issue, explained it and remedied it in under one hour. He clearly knows his job inside out and is easy to speak with. Good pricing. I won't hesitate to used Tailored again and will refer to friends who live locally.

George came to unblock my problematic kitchen sink which has always had poor drainage but recently became completely blocked. Arrived when he said he would and fixed the issue in under an hour for the price quoted. He even managed to resolved the issue causing the poor drainage, the sink has never drained faster! Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Al and Son (founders) have to be two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Polite and professional, they listen and give sound advice, explaining in layman's terms and without any kind of hard sell. Son and Alfie removed my existing heat only boiler, hot water cylinder and cold water tank and installed a combi boiler. Son was upfront prior to work commencing that there were risks that existing parts (taps and toilets) may not stand up to the mains water pressure and that they would have to be dealt with should an issue arise - luckily for me, all was fine. The guys were on time, worked hard and tidied up at the end of each day. Inviting trades people into your home can be an intimidating experience, I can honestly say that I felt comfortable at all times.

We recently used Son for a new boiler. The customer service was fantastic, answering any queries really efficiently. They made sure the boiler was working properly, even contacting the gas board for us and getting them to come out and sort something. Following several call outs to other engineers who all proved to be hopeless in diagnosing the issue with our Worcester boiler, I contacted Worcester direct for details of a local recommended engineer and they gave me the contact details for Evolution Heating and Plumbing. From the moment Adam arrived I felt I could trust him, he was polite, professional and clearly had lots of knowledge. We decided to go to with a new boiler that was fitted a week later and at a very reasonable price. Adam and his apprentice arrived on time and worked really hard all day and didn't leave until they were completely happy that everything was working well. I also quickly received the warranty, gas certificate and registration certificate. We are so pleased with our new boiler and will always use Adam for any future issues/annual servicing and the replacement of our radiators which we would like to have done soon.

We had a gas leak in our flat and were fearing the worst. Then Ray and Bob showed up and fixed the leak efficiently before performing a comprehensive check of our whole flat. Our boiler casing was also knackered so Ray sorted a replacement and came back in the evening to replace it at a fair price. When we invited Raymond to inspect our very old boiler he was forced to mark it as not safe for use. It's not fun news to hear but he handled it very professionally. If you're a new homeowner make sure you are familiar with gas safe. He was then extremely accommodating, motivated by our specific personal circumstances, in shuffling his commitments to organise a quick boiler replacement. Raymond is friendly, communicates well, and obviously takes great pride in his work. In my limited understanding his work looks to be good quality. He is extremely thorough in his examination and diagnosis (you will most certainly hear about any previous work that is not up to scratch), and his prices are fair. And he leaves the place tidy :). Strongly recommend!

Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Honestly can’t thank Dave and Steve enough! If you need a trusty plumber look no further and give these guys a call!
