Mr Abdul is a very knowledgeable and efficient engineer. He spotted the gas leakage very quickly. He came back the next day on time with a colleague and together they worked on replacing the damaged pipe. And made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Tom, Jake and Hazar are the dream team! Professional and courteous, they methodically replaced our drab-looking radiators with some fantastic column ones. What impressed me most was how tidy, well mannered and respectful the team were as they efficiently managed their tasks whilst my partner and I worked from home. They even stayed late, working above and beyond to fit some stubborn brass sleeves onto the pipework and even give our walls behind the radiators a paint touch-up. We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

Jason completed 2 bathrooms for me and I could not be happier with the outcome. They both were in very tight spaces with little room to manoeuvre, in a Victorian flat so certainly not the easiest circumstances to navigate. Jamil was amazing dealing with an emergency leak. Helped explain step by step what he needed to do and allowed us to confirm we were happy for him to go ahead with the work. Jamil arrived promptly and sorted our heating and water during freezing winter. My boiler was under a year warranty and not from any gas engineer but it was installed by British Gas. They don’t have direct contact no for emergencies and just AI communication. I had eight moths old child in my house. Thanks to Jamil for helping us promptly.
