But today, I had an emergency extraction with Dr. Ali Abbasbhai, and I can honestly say it was a life-changing experience. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Ali and the entire team made me feel at ease. He was incredibly gentle, kind, and reassuring, explaining every step of the procedure with patience and empathy. What truly stood out was how he didn’t just focus on the extraction—he took the time to create a full treatment plan, outlining different phases leading up to my implants. For the first time in years, I feel hopeful and excited about restoring my smile! I never thought I would say this, but I’m actually looking forward to going back for the next steps. Highly recommend Dr Anusha Koobair who has been my dentist for a number of years. Extremely professional, gentle and caring. Have had checkups, root canal treatment, fillings and the most thorough hygiene cleans. She investigates thoroughly and explains the treatment recommended and why. She also takes great effort to educate patients to help them improve their dental health. The practice has helpful screens to show visuals to customers that aids explanations. Great location right by Canning Town station. Practice is always clean and tidy.

The dentist (and the whole team) were really kind. The dentist was friendly, made me feel comfortable and did a wonderful, fast and efficient job on my cleaning and filling. The dentist was as conservative with treatment as possible and every step and option was outlined for me from the beginning. I didn’t feel pressured into picking any particular treatment and I’d highly recommend. I’m not nervous about the dentist at all, but if you are, I’d recommend!

The doctor (Dr. Shantal Burgess) and her assistant who attended to me were top notch. They know and understand their work. They are extremely professional. I love the way they were patient and explained the process. I felt most welcomed, valued and prepared. Given a chance, I'll give them Christmas card. Am very greatful to the duo. Ooh what an exceptional lady receptionist who booked my appointment, followed me up. In the morning she was very kind, gracious and offered me a class of water. Such a wonderful soul. Very intelligent lady. God bless her. She has a create smile. Am so happy and would highly recommend the practice to anyone especially vulnerable people who needs tender care. Everyone in this practice have a smiling face and bright teeth. I got lost along the corridor and I felt so nice when 3 people smiled at me, one of them followed me and showed me the direction. The receptionist named Chloe is really lovely. She has great telephone manners and personality. She’s very efficient also. My dentist, Dr. Shoker is exceptional. She explains everything clearly, talks me through each step, and always lets me know before making any moves. She’s friendly and creates an environment where I feel safe, valued, seen, and heard. She consistently goes above and beyond. After a year under her care, my smile and confidence have both improved. She offers detailed advice and unwavering support. East Village are fortunate to have her on their team.

I had the pleasure to be treated by Dr Chantal & Gabi for a tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous coming however Dr Chantal has reassured me and had help me become comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything thoroughly beforehand so I knew what to expect which had definitely help me relax. Gabi had explained to me the aftercare which was extremely helpful. They both allowed me a good and calm time.

A huge shout out to Mairaj , for performing a tooth extraction surgery on my mother with the utmost care, and a huge shout out to the nurse Manisha for her great assistance. Both together made an excellent team and helped assist my mother with so much love, and made the process really quick and easy. They expalined in depth about the surgery prior, and after to ensure we have full understanding of what to expect and what to do next. Couldnt recommend this dentist more! Wholeheartedly happy. I would highly recommend this dental practice . They are straight to the point and always text me to remind me of my checkups . Any issues I have had with my teeth they have always been resolved with care , which is why I have confidence in them and why I choose to stay at this practice . Extremely professional with appointments and medical history , confidentiality things of that nature . I have been with them for years so I know what I’m talking about. I was extremely satisfied with the hygienist Bhagi who cleaned my teeth she did a GREAT JOB 👏🏽 it was quick and didn’t hurt , you only feel a vibration and sensitivity. ALL MY STAINS GONE!!!!!!! My only recommendation is - if you have sensitive teeth , or gaps in your teeth , PLEASE consult your dentist first before doing the clean as it can worsen your teeth!!! If you need to get your teeth cleaned I wouldn’t recommend it for everyone !!!!!!!! Ask you dentist first !!! However , if you have seriously stained teeth do it !!!! It’s worth it ! Brushing your teeth twice a day , and flossing , using a tongue scraper and mouth wash will help you maintain your gorgeous new teeth. I would highly recommend this dental practice .
