Sani came by and identified the main nest under our kitchen sink, he immediately decided the most effective solution which was to drench the affected areas with insecticide. I contacted mercury pest control a few weeks a great as I saw rats coming into my garden. The were very efficient and quick to act. They came over the next day and spent time looking for all the entry points so that they could be as effective as possible. They took there time and did not rush like other companies. They clearly explained the process and after 3 visits the rat problem had gone away. They then proofed all the entry points so that it would be harder for them to try this again. There is not a better service than Mark. He was fantastic from start to finish and very thorough. He was able to make adjustments in terms of timings for me. Great service, called on a Sunday night after hearing something scratching in the walls. Graham arrived 2 hours later, set up traps and surveyed the house as to where it was coming from.
