Excellent, polite service from Graham, who arrived a couple of hours after our enquiry. He swiftly dealt with the unwelcome visitor, who was tucked in an awkward spot.. Great and efficient emergency service by Joseph who dealt with the rodent problem swiftly and explained how to prevent any further issues. Came within an hour upon calling and was also very supportive with the rights and responsibilities of the landlord and tenants.

Tony came and saved the day. Had an issue with a mouse that randomly appeared. Tony arrived very quickly and caught the mouse. He was very professional and continued to check around the house top to bottom very excessively for entry points and droppings. He also gave us really good information and answers all questions. So far excellent. Good customer service and we were very pleased with Darren in particular. He was polite, informative and turned up on time. We have not had the full 3 Phases of the treatment but so far Darren has at least given us the confidence that a professional is handling the case. Update: 2nd phase went well and then had an extra treatment on our new carpet (just in case). Had another really pleasant, efficient and informative guy (Eriye). Treatment seems to be working so far. Final update: Adam and Aaron did a final (and very thorough) treatment today. They were friendly and polite. Very pleased that we went with Environ Pest Control and can highly recommend them.

I found Environ's 3-visit moth pest control to be very effective and efficiently managed from start to finish. They suggested I change my wool fitted carpets to synthetic ones, which I did. An alternative would have been to have them come around to treat the wool carpets every few months. They were good at keeping their last visit on hold until my new carpets were fitted. They also suggested a heat tent for treating clothes, which I declined, preferring to handle the clothes myself. My questions about everything were answered well by a knowledgable person. I wish they had purely natural treatments too though.
