I’ve been going to Bancroft for around 3 years, Beks and his team are always really helpful, thorough and very very fast! I knew something had gone on the suspension of my van so whilst getting it serviced I asked them to have a look and they found two faults fixed them and now the van is driving better (and cleaner) than ever :)

Just got my MOT done here today. Quick service, passed my car without a single fault. Not that they would overlook a fault if my car had one, but the last guy I went to put a long list of countless minor faults on my MOT record, such as not being able to check the seatbelt because a child car seat was in the way and other such nonsense. I will be going here for my MOT every year from now.

Had a issue with my starter motor. Other garages quoted me a lot and then couldn’t find the problem. Came to Bigg’s auto and he managed to fix it within a day and my car is working perfectly again. Would definitely recommend!

George is absolutely FAB! Went here to get my brake pads replaced as they were making a grinding noise and he was really thorough, showed me exactly what he was doing and where the sound was coming from. His attention to detail is excellent👌 Very reasonable prices too and he even changed one of my bulbs whilst there with no extra charge! I would highly recommend this guy should you need any work done on your car👍 Will deffo be back!

Mick is a guy who will love your car. Tells you what he will do, delivers what he said he would, always a fair deal. On this occasion I reversed into a crash barrier creating a huge dent and scratches. Came back as good as new, I couldn't believe it! Top guy!
