They picked up the car kept me updated quoted a price and never went over it Very professional, FANTASTIC JOB car is good as new, will be using this garage for as long as I can. would I recommend then 100% good honest hard work team, both Mick and Sonny are a pleasure to do business with They get 10/10 from me all I can say is thank you to both of you.

Great little business Mick and Sonny are always on hand to help me out with my old banger when things need fixing with a smile too…They offer a very fair and reliable service. Just got my MOT done here today. Quick service, passed my car without a single fault. Not that they would overlook a fault if my car had one, but the last guy I went to put a long list of countless minor faults on my MOT record, such as not being able to check the seatbelt because a child car seat was in the way and other such nonsense. I will be going here for my MOT every year from now.

Every time I come here I feel comfort, I know I’m going into work with these boys’ they are so professional at everything they do.. from the smiley happy girls at the counter to the hard working mechanics on there time limit then over to the very quiet paint shop boys oblivious of you watching over them in the paint oven bringing out that fabulous shine... George is absolutely FAB! Went here to get my brake pads replaced as they were making a grinding noise and he was really thorough, showed me exactly what he was doing and where the sound was coming from. His attention to detail is excellent👌 Very reasonable prices too and he even changed one of my bulbs whilst there with no extra charge! I would highly recommend this guy should you need any work done on your car👍 Will deffo be back!

I’ve been going to Bancroft for around 3 years, Beks and his team are always really helpful, thorough and very very fast! I knew something had gone on the suspension of my van so whilst getting it serviced I asked them to have a look and they found two faults fixed them and now the van is driving better (and cleaner) than ever :)

I took my car here for a brake check, it was completely free of charge and they did a really thorough job. Luckily there was nothing wrong with my brakes, but I really appreciated them doing the check for free, and subsequently i will now be bringing my car back for it's next MOT and any other issues. The man who performed my MOT (Steve) was an amazing employee that was very friendly and respectful. He even added extra services with no additional fee as a gesture of good will.
