Unfortunately, my cambelt went on my van and destroyed my engine and sat with 3 different mechanics for 6 months and had the worst experience with communication. But RM AUTO CENTRE LTD was highly recommended to me and upon arrival, I had good responsive communication. Initially I was waiting on an engine but being experienced and talented he went one step further and rebuilt my engine. Not only saving me money but also a very good experience all round with nice friendly people, I would highly recommend RM AUTO CENTRE LTD.

Everyone was very helpful. They explained (in detail) what the issue was and what they thought would be the best and most cost effective action for me. Brilliant service and will definitely be using them again!

I've been coming to RM Auto Centre for a couple of years now, further to recommendation. I have brought both my vehicles to them during this time, a Jaguar XFR and BMW E30. I don't often leave Google reviews but these guys are something else. The guys are extremely helpful, friendly and most importantly honest/transparent. Would highly recommend!

Grays were brilliant when my car needed emergency wishbone bushings replacing and they talked through everything so I was clear what I was paying for. Offered to do tracking but after checking, told me I didn't need it, which was very encouraging , that level of honesty and customer service. Very reasonable tyre prices too. Definitely will be returning for future car needs.

My car had an engine fault and broke down on Sunday. I decided to try my luck and contacted a garage. Tony responded quickly, even though the garage was closed on Sunday. He advised me to drop the car off at Highview Garage, and he would take a look at it on Monday. I expected the repair to take a long time and cost a lot. To my surprise, Tony called me this morning (Tuesday) and told me the car was ready and fully fixed. The bill was much lower than I expected! I just drove my car home, and it feels so smooth—like new. Thank you, Tony and the team at Highview Garage. I really appreciate their work. They’re very professional, and I highly recommend them!

My car keys weren't working and the guys at reception and as I'd just got the batteries changed I thought it was something more serious. Turns out the batteries were flat. New batteries fitted in a matter of minutes and half the price of Timpsons!! Very very happy. Will definitely come here for my MOT.

I called and was invited by a young gentleman called Stav who greeted me. Very professional asked the right questions and also gave options in how to go about the repair. Five garages couldn't diagnose what Stav did in two minutes. He is very good at his job. So anyone living close by if you want the best mechanic in Chingford come here. Stav thank you very much.

Everything has always been explained clearly and simply there’s never ever been any hidden charges and quotes are always given upfront beforehand if requested. Excellent mechanic! Trustworthy and professional. I have been scammed in the past and it's really nice to have a genuine honest person dealing with my car. Bonus: he comes wherever you are! In less than 40min he was at mine and changed my battery in a blink of an eye.

I had very bad noises coming from the rear brakes and looking online found Martyn who quoted me a good price and more importantly came round the same day with all the parts and did a brilliant job. That was the first time I had used a mobile mechanic and was it much better than going to a garage. Martyn has also done a full service and Air Con gas for me. I will definitely use his service's in the future and would highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable and honest.

This is the best garage I have ever used in over 20 years of driving. They always do a fantastic job, and always at a great price. They are true professionals – they know their stuff and are trustworthy. And they are a really lovely bunch of blokes, too. If, like me, you are clueless about cars, and you've felt that the garage people have seen you coming a mile off, I can tell you you won't ever feel like that with these guys.

MOTs are never a pleasure, it’s like waiting for a doctors tests results. But at Top gear it was a pleasure. The service was informative, friendly, quick, and honest. I just wish I’d used them sooner.
