Ozan worked all day without a break to install my new boiler, arriving on time and leaving late after a hard day’s work but not before cleaning up thoroughly after himself. When he went upstairs to check the radiators he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I think says a lot about how he respects a customer’s home. He also explained patiently how the boiler and thermostat work, as well as answering my many questions as he worked. Lisa is great on the admin side, too. I’m very pleased I found this company

We have used Oz on mulitple occasions to service our boiler, replace a tap and various other gas and plumbing issues we've had. A lovely guy always professional and we've always been very happy with the work he has done would recommend without hesitation.

Great company to deal with. The communication from Lisa was prompt friendly and helpful. For some jobs it’s more important to know someone is coming over on the day they are due than to have them right away and it was great not to be leaving hundreds of messages just to get a reply like some plumbers. Oz himself was friendly polite and helpful too and Lisa gave us updates close to the time on when he would come so we could plan our day. The work (change a shower valve in a bar shower and service a combo boiler) was completed quickly and to a good standard from what I can see. The price was very fair. Five stars and I would definitely use them again!

We’ve used Steve and his team a few times now, for boiler services in the past and most recently to replace radiators today. Steve is always helpful and responsive and Dave did a great job today.

We used Green Energy Homes as part of a major renovation project which required them to work effectively with other groups of tradesmen. They did this to a high degree of competence and ensured there were no delays or distractions in the overall cost and timing of the project. Their responsibility was for a complete new heating system and the design and installation of three bathrooms. Their workmanship was excellent,they gave practical and helpful advice on design issues, and they also displayed considerable skills in supplier negotiations which saved us a considerable sum of money. They are well worth their reputation as an excellent company.

Their office is patient and quickly responds to calls. They can help field questions on email. The serviceman who came took minimal time, did only what needed to be done. I feel so lucky to be their customer!

I really enjoy my new toilet and appreciate the work was all done in a timely manner and the cost was great, however reasonable. The workers were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and open to all questions.

It is extremely difficult to find an honest, reliable plumber who does good quality work. I am very glad that we called him to come and fix our leaking radiator for us. We will certainly be using him again for any other plumbing issues and highly recommend him to anyone else.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Josh was great. He replied to our emergency call right away and was at our house in under 45 minutes to fix a sink pipe that was leaking water through the floor and into our kitchen ceiling. He was professional, fast, and really well priced, would highly recommend his services.

I came across Josh after he appeared on my Google maps. I had never heard of him before. I was very pleasantly surprised. Josh was genuinely a great plumber. He was very responsive and honest and around half the price of most London companies. He was very easy to use and professional! He did not play any games like some plumbers do. He first tried to see on the phone whether I could try to fix the issue myself, since I mentioned that I have done some DIY before. After I could not, he arrived just two days later on a Sunday and managed to get the sink plug fixed perfectly. He did so even though the pedestal and sink were cemented with strong adhesive to the wall and the ring at the bottom of the sink was European and would not come off even with special tools. After I asked him he said that he has been plumbing for the last ten years. After finishing plumbing education he gained much experience from his dad, who is a professional plumber. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know and I will be returning to him.

OMG, this man is heaven sent! Poor council fitted mixer tap, could not get mixer connector off. This man separated the connector from the pipe IN SECONDS (when I had struggled for hours). Defo use this guy again. Saviour of my part of the human race, at least. Thanks Josh.

I recently had an underground leak in my mains flooding my kitchen and I called Prince to come urgently and fix this. He understood my concern and turned up to investigate the leak and promised to come back with the right tools and workforce. Prince along with him team was able to find the leak and fixed it the same day leaving my plumbing work in better shape than what was done by my builders. On 07.11.2022 I had a leak in the kitchen and called GO Plumbing. Everything was quickly arranged and engineer had come exactly when expected. He did impossible job, quickly and professionally - managed to replace the leaking valve in a very difficult place. And even helped to fix another tap when we asked him for an advice.
