Jack and Josh come round to fix my boiler. Very reasonable price and got the boiler up and running like new. Very friendly and left no stone unturned. Will be using for all future jobs and will be recommending as trustworthy tradesmen are hard to come by these days. Thank you again!

Josh was great. He replied to our emergency call right away and was at our house in under 45 minutes to fix a sink pipe that was leaking water through the floor and into our kitchen ceiling. He was professional, fast, and really well priced, would highly recommend his services.

OMG, this man is heaven sent! Poor council fitted mixer tap, could not get mixer connector off. This man separated the connector from the pipe IN SECONDS (when I had struggled for hours). Defo use this guy again. Saviour of my part of the human race, at least. Thanks Josh.

I came across Josh after he appeared on my Google maps. I had never heard of him before. I was very pleasantly surprised. Josh was genuinely a great plumber. He was very responsive and honest and around half the price of most London companies. He was very easy to use and professional! He did not play any games like some plumbers do. He first tried to see on the phone whether I could try to fix the issue myself, since I mentioned that I have done some DIY before. After I could not, he arrived just two days later on a Sunday and managed to get the sink plug fixed perfectly. He did so even though the pedestal and sink were cemented with strong adhesive to the wall and the ring at the bottom of the sink was European and would not come off even with special tools. After I asked him he said that he has been plumbing for the last ten years. After finishing plumbing education he gained much experience from his dad, who is a professional plumber. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know and I will be returning to him.

I called Josh in an emergency as our toilet started flooding. He was SO helpful and calm when I was in a total panic and he talked me through the whole thing and helped me fix it on the phone. I will definitely be using Josh again. Not just in a crisis !
