Ray installed my boiler 8 years ago and has serviced it every year. He’s always dependable and reliable. I’ve had to call him out recently deal with an issue with the boiler and he’s been brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray for all your boiler needs!

Contacted Ray with regards to boiler isssues, came out same day and was happy to take his advice to replace boiler and power flush system. He came back same day with prices of various boilers, again was happy to take his advice as to choosing boiler. Only waited a couple of days for job. Ray and his team of Larry and Jack were very professional, curteous and very friendly, who could ask for more. I most certainly recommend Ray Trueman Plumbing, and would call on him again, should I need any other job.

From John Haynes - Ray replaced our old boiler with a new Vaillant which is working is great. Ray and his team (Jack and Larry) made a first class job. They were polite and friendly, cleared up after themselves, sorted out the paperwork and advised on servicing. Found an issue with our boiler on Wednesday morning, no heating or hot water. Called GR and Gregg responded same day to diagnose the problem. Within 24 hrs he was back to fit a replacement water pump and get the heating and hot water back on again. In this day and age of some questionable tradesmen I can honestly say Gregg provided an excellent quality service at a good price. Highly recommended and my go to for heating and plumbing issues in the future.

l had a condenser boiler serviced by Lawence. Recently a problem with the heating system, looked for an engineer and found Lawerence who replied same day and projected when he was available to fit the work in as not urgent. We do like to support the local trade persons and found Birtley Boilers on google, I contacted Laurence as were having problems with the boiler, he came out the same day to have a look and confirmed what we thought, that it needed replacing ASAP. He provided a very reasonable quote for a good boiler. As he was booked up until the 11th February, he said he would do it on a Saturday, 2 days later he arrived promptly at 8 o clock, never stopped working all day, his work is very good all pipe work is very neat and tidy, was very helpful and we will definately use him again and have already recommended him to our daughter to move and replace their boiler. Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Minar immediately asked me follow up questions to help diagnose the problem, explained possible scenarios, provided advice and gave me cost estimates. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He then walked me through resetting the thermostat on the off-chance it would solve the problem, which it did!
