We do like to support the local trade persons and found Birtley Boilers on google, I contacted Laurence as were having problems with the boiler, he came out the same day to have a look and confirmed what we thought, that it needed replacing ASAP. He provided a very reasonable quote for a good boiler. As he was booked up until the 11th February, he said he would do it on a Saturday, 2 days later he arrived promptly at 8 o clock, never stopped working all day, his work is very good all pipe work is very neat and tidy, was very helpful and we will definately use him again and have already recommended him to our daughter to move and replace their boiler.
