We've been very happy with Steve & the Robinsons team previously fitting a new boiler for us and servicing our boiler in a rental property, so I called him when my elderly parents required a valve replacement on a radiator that was leaking. Steve was really understanding and managed to get to them later that afternoon. Polite, friendly, professional and really importantly (yet something that sadly is lacking in many people) he is very communicative. The first thing to say is that I found Steve's details on the list of accredited Worcester-Bosch installers. Why is this important? Because, only the accredited installers grant the long guarantees, so if Steve and his team install your W-B, you get the maximum length guarantee. I contacted Steve (and others) about replacing an ailing combi and re-siting it to the garage; Steve was by far the most responsive. I also obtained online quotes and Steve's was competitive against these. I chose Steve based on him being local, competitive and responsive. He was able to offer an installation date within a week of the quote; this was important to us as at the time (January 2021), it was cold and we had only intermittent heating and hot water. His team did all the work within one day (as stated) and did a good job tidying afterwards. Would I recommend him? Yes, unhesitatingly.

After a boiler fail and phoning numerous heating engineers not getting a answer Steve picked up the phone straight and said calmly he happily take look.(Even I was a bit annoyed at the problem ). He came out next day (Friday )and said if want new combi boiler in same position I can this can it tomorrow with in hour came back and ask if wanted it done now and started fitting straight away.(As he said to his staff members he rearrange his jobs withe theirs and free some upto for himself). Fitted the boiler at a nice competitive price. And when I another one of his colleagues came he was just as polite. If you need a new boiler fitting the I can highly recommend Steve and his team as he checked all his work the taps etc and I have no issues or anything.happy with his work Like I said earlier do phone Steve and his team for anything as he does answer the phone and am sure you won't regret it.
