Asif was responsive and helpful over the phone then promptly set a time to visit when our boiler stopped working. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

James is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through what needs doing and why. He helps you understand more about your plumbing system which is always a nice touch. We had to have a replacement pump fitted which turned out to be a bigger job than expected but James was very competent and did the job well.

I'll be honest, I dont trust many plumbers. I've been ripped off a few times, so I only go by recommendation. But even that can be difficult- not everyone is willing to recommend one in case it goes wrong. But my neighbour told me Filip was reliable, and he was! He quoted me a price, and even with a few setbacks (expected when it comes to renovation jobs), he didn't charge more. He fixed my leaking shower, my sink tap and hopefully, he'll help me with my electric sockets soon. Thank you.

Thoroughly recommend Philip from E10 Plumbing. I recently moved into a new property and needed a new boiler, a radiator moving and a gas fire fixd in quick succession. Philip was really professional and carried out all of the work to a high standard, even going the extra mile by investigating the crawl space under the house. When there were a couple of teething problems with the boiler, Philip had no hesitation coming back to fix them. Very competitive rates and a really nice guy too.

Jamil arrived promptly and sorted our heating and water during freezing winter. My boiler was under a year warranty and not from any gas engineer but it was installed by British Gas. They don’t have direct contact no for emergencies and just AI communication. I had eight moths old child in my house. Thanks to Jamil for helping us promptly.

Our shower broke one weekend and needed to be replaced. We Manzoor was able to visit the house and assess what was needed. A few days later he had sourced and replaced the shower. He was easy to deal with replied to all messages promptly and kept us updated.

Manzoor replaced 8 radiators at my mum's house. He also did quite a few extras that Mum wanted; bathroom basin tap, shower seat and he also recommended and rectified filters around the boiler and fixed the flue. Really excellent work. Manzoor was a joy to talk with and he really got on well with mum, who can be demanding. He was incredibly patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend him as my only choice of plumber.

Numan helped me out recently when I moved into a new property and the boiler wasn't working. He came out the same day even though it wasn't an emergency, gave me honest and impartial advice, and was able to get me sorted with a new boiler (with a 5 year guarantee) within a couple of days. The new boiler was fitted in one day without too much upheaval, and Numan and his colleague tidied up at the end of the day too which is a small thing - but really helpful! This company did an excellent job with my cylindrical boiler. They managed to replace four components and now my boiler is in great condition. It seems that the previous engineer did not service the boiler as they were paid to do so had no hot water or heating on the most coldest day of the year.
