Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

Numan helped me out recently when I moved into a new property and the boiler wasn't working. He came out the same day even though it wasn't an emergency, gave me honest and impartial advice, and was able to get me sorted with a new boiler (with a 5 year guarantee) within a couple of days. The new boiler was fitted in one day without too much upheaval, and Numan and his colleague tidied up at the end of the day too which is a small thing - but really helpful! The new boiler has been working great - and Numan offered to pop back if I ever have any issues. I would fully recommend his services! Thank You!

We were incredibly lucky to find Leon and his team for the complete refit and installation of our bathroom and WC. I called Bluewater plumbing to look at my boiler as the heating was coming on when the hot water was on, an engineer arrived promptly,Covid safe as well, politely asked if he could enter and went to work to fault find the problem, he did this very quickly and identified what was wrong and tried to fix the issue there and then, he was unable but quickly got on the phone and ordered a replacement part which he picked up and returned to fix the boiler. From start to finish i felt that we were kept informed of our appointment by email/text, they arrived on time, were very clean and tidy and kept me informed what was going on and what was to happen. I would and will use Bluewater plumbing again and would have no hesitation in recommending them, thank you.

Am absolutely in awe of the craftsmanship and dedication for a perfect job from Bluewater Plumbing Ltd. It was not an easy task to replace the existing bath. The previous plumbers had tiled around the bath so taking out the original, then carefully placing another in its place (plus the sizes were slightly different too) merited precision and skill. The result is perfect and which has enhanced my bathroom plus, I did not need to re-tile. It is so rare to be offered a calibre of service that is old-fashioned and dedicated. Mo is a great plumber and all round nice guy. Very easy to deal with and he managed to come over and solve the issue in my bathroom with next to no notice. Gave me some great advice about a couple other small issues while he was here and was clean, tidy and efficient in fixing the taps. Would be my first choice if we had another plumbing problem

Asif was responsive and helpful over the phone then promptly set a time to visit when our boiler stopped working. The next day he diagnosed the problem, got hold of the part and had it up and running in a matter of hours. Friendly but professional, knowledgable and efficient, what more could you ask for. I would be happy recommending this business to any of my friends and family and this will be my first go-to from now on for regular boiler servicing and any issues.

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

Found Manzoor plumbing through a Walthamstow Reddit recommendation after receiving an outlandish quote from another company. We had two radiators fitted and some adjustments to the pipe work to accommodate the new size. My wife worked from home and found him and his colleague to be extremely personable and polite and very dedicated in ensuring that the client was happy with the service. Manzoor replaced 8 radiators at my mum's house. He also did quite a few extras that Mum wanted; bathroom basin tap, shower seat and he also recommended and rectified filters around the boiler and fixed the flue. Really excellent work. Manzoor was a joy to talk with and he really got on well with mum, who can be demanding. He was incredibly patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend him as my only choice of plumber.

I had my boiler repaired last year. The boiler had quite a few issues and I was contemplating changing it. They literally made it brand new at a fraction of the cost I would have paid for a new one. I was really impressed by their service. I used them this year to do my boiler inspection and maintenance. Was really pleased with service.

Thank you to the Boiler & Heating Care team (especially Shaqir) for being thorough and professional in dealing with my emergency with the boiler. It seems that the previous engineer did not service the boiler as they were paid to do so had no hot water or heating on the most coldest day of the year. Luckily I got in contact with Shaqir and he was there when we needed him and he diagnosed and treated the problem there and then. Worth every penny for a decent, honest and friendly service.

I have been using Platinum for about fifteen years. James has come to my rescue and fixed faulty boilers, electrical issues and leaks on so many occasions, and he always does a brilliant job. I have recommended him to countless friends and neighbours and they all sing his praises too. He is thorough, fair and always does a brilliant job. I also like that he takes time to explain what he has done and to make sure I am happy with his work. Please don’t be put off by the small number of reviews here. Google deleted their business page and couldn’t recover the huge number of excellent reviews they had accumulated previously. This kind of thing is hugely damaging to the reputation of a small business and really unfair that it happened to such a good one!

New Review: In addition to previous 5* experiences I want to add that James has actually saved me a small fortune this past year. By helping me understand my heating system I've saved a TON on call out fees as he's taught me a few tricks and understanding so that I can do the trivial troubleshooting and basic fixes myself and have James over for the things I can't. For that reason I think Platinum are the #1 value for money service I've ever come across! It also helps their friendly, fast and cost effective! James is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through what needs doing and why. He helps you understand more about your plumbing system which is always a nice touch. We had to have a replacement pump fitted which turned out to be a bigger job than expected but James was very competent and did the job well.
