Jamil offered a very professional service from the time I contacted him to just check what was wrong with my boiler to the time he had it replaced. He explained the whole process and cost in a way that made me contract him to do my job. He is very honest and I thank him a lot.

Jamil arrived promptly and sorted our heating and water during freezing winter. My boiler was under a year warranty and not from any gas engineer but it was installed by British Gas. We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

Numan helped me out recently when I moved into a new property and the boiler wasn't working. He came out the same day even though it wasn't an emergency, gave me honest and impartial advice, and was able to get me sorted with a new boiler (with a 5 year guarantee) within a couple of days. The new boiler was fitted in one day without too much upheaval, and Numan and his colleague tidied up at the end of the day too which is a small thing - but really helpful! I called Bluewater plumbing to look at my boiler as the heating was coming on when the hot water was on, an engineer arrived promptly,Covid safe as well, politely asked if he could enter and went to work to fault find the problem, he did this very quickly and identified what was wrong and tried to fix the issue there and then, he was unable but quickly got on the phone and ordered a replacement part which he picked up and returned to fix the boiler. From start to finish i felt that we were kept informed of our appointment by email/text, they arrived on time, were very clean and tidy and kept me informed what was going on and what was to happen. I would and will use Bluewater plumbing again and would have no hesitation in recommending them, thank you.

Excellent communication ,very clear instructions and quick response times. They even managed to arrange an appointment on the same day. The engineer when arrived was quite professional and explained me what it needs to be done. My setup did not have a radiator valve drain off but the engineer was quite resourceful and managed to drain from the boiler using some tubes instead. I've added them on the phonebook for future use (hopefully I don't have to call them soon :) )

Found Manzoor plumbing through a Walthamstow Reddit recommendation after receiving an outlandish quote from another company. We had two radiators fitted and some adjustments to the pipe work to accommodate the new size. Manzoor replaced 8 radiators at my mum's house. He also did quite a few extras that Mum wanted; bathroom basin tap, shower seat and he also recommended and rectified filters around the boiler and fixed the flue. Really excellent work. Manzoor was a joy to talk with and he really got on well with mum, who can be demanding. He was incredibly patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend him as my only choice of plumber.
