City Plumbers are fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. The work was done to a high standard, with consideration around time, speed and cleanliness. We had a hot water cylinder installed and the engineers were first class from arrival through to delivery and completion. I can't recommend then highly enough. Very personable, and thoughtful. Not only did they complete the job well they ensured everything was working and was available to answer any post installation questions we had. Thank you so much to Ash and Chris. Washer dryer was full of water and sink was not draining properly. I called at 8.30am. At 1030am Chris arrived and by noon the job was done perfectly. Ash called to collect payment over the phone and invoice was sent to my email. Fast, profess, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

The service provided was incredible. I had heard about them from an acquaintance some time prior, so when I encountered an issue with my water temperature I called them immediately. We were able to schedule their intervention with no problems, and they were very punctual. My issue was resolved fast and efficiently, everything works even better than before ! The plumber was also very friendly. 10/10, would definitely call them again.

Our boiler stopped working one evening in Feb which meant no hot water or heating... Turns out that it was installed in a very inexperienced / nonsensical way leading to several problems ... Ash was thankfully able to fix it, which involved a lot of calls to both the manufacturers and installation company - he even knocked off some of the price because of how long the calls / confusion added to the job. Couldn't appreciate it more

I’ve been using I-M Plumbing for over two years now, they’re extremely professional and fixed every issue we had with our properties. I’ve been dealing with properties for the past 6 years and when I found them it made my life much easier because I know the job will be done professionally and the tenants will be happy unlike other companies that I’ve used that the problem would come back few days after it’s been fixed. Had a flooding emergency at almost midnight on Sunday, and they were the most helpful! Friendly service, arrived fast, and gave me advice on what to do before they arrived. It was clear my safety was clearly the priority, and they were able to fix the issue until more could be done in the morning. Truthfully fantastic customer service, great communication, and clearly knowledgeable in their field. Would recommend to anyone!

I live in a ground floor flat and woke up to a bathroom and sink full of sewage. Every time my neighbour used their facilities I was up to my arms in filthy water. After waiting for Thames Water for eight hours they poked around outside for a few minutes and then told me I had to call a private plumber. As a private renter, and a disabled person being told on a Sunday night that I may spend more days unable to eat drink or unable to use the bathroom or have to move into temporary accommodation I went online and looked for an emergency plumber. Within an hour I had Russell and Jarrick (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) at my doorstep. 45 minutes after that they’d fixed my problem and I could finally sit down. Well, not really, I still have to clean. But I’m taking a break from that at 9pm on a Sunday evening to tell you that these guys are bloody amazing. Thoughtful, explained everything, took me seriously and fixed the problem. Even offered to mop up the dirt they’d left behind but I declined as I had a whole house to clean anyway! Thanks again. Hope to never meet you again as it won’t be in good circumstances, but if I have a disaster like this again I know who to call! :)

Had an issue with the boiler back in December, was late at night, about 1 am sunday morning, freezing cold... and after calling many plumbers came across this one. Arived fast, fixed the boiler and were able to heat the house again. Recently, while paying house deposit by mistake transferred pile of money to him(yes mistakes happens when you have a two year old running around you🙈) Found the number again, phoned the guy and he immediately transferred the money back. These days you don't find many honest people, and im glad that the mistake I made was with this person. If you ever need a plumber, dont hesitate and call this guy!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. From stat to finish I couldn’t be happier. I called with an urgent carpentry job. To cut the legs and ladder down on my daughter’s high sleeper. Which we had tried and it had gone wrong so was unsafe. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged a carpenter to come out that same day.
