Dan was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and his brother Sonny came the next day to fix it. He did a really thorough job and worked very cleanly, taking the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it. Price was also reasonable, would recommend and use again.

David arrived to the home for toilet fix and clogged sink. He was professional and used shoe covers. David did an excellent job with the repair and toilet working properly. Also sink drains well. After my experience with David, I will call for future plumbing and would recommend.

Both Kriss and Bogdan did an excellent job. They took care of my water heater, changed some pipes, installed a new kitchen faucet, checked my outdoor water purification system, and will be fixing my reverse osmosis system on my sink. I was really stressed and worried when my Pulsacoil 2000 boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no hot water. With the weather getting colder and having a dependent, this was a major problem. I tried calling a few places for help, but couldn't find the right solution until I contacted Iky. He was super friendly and helpful, not trying to rip me off at all. I had a problem of no hot water from my Pulsacoil 2000 system . I phoned the manufacturers Gledhill who offered to send an engineer out for a fixed price repair at £399! Upon googling further , I totally lucked out with Iqbal from Rapid React. I explained the issue and he immediately said "try the reset of the thermostat ", even to the extent of a FaceTime guided call to walk through the process and sending photos of what reset button to look for. He was totally right in his assessment and voila, hot water came on . So rare in these days of botch or rip off tradespeople to come across the totally top guy that is Iqbal ! Thank you so much!

As a letting agent I have used these a few times on difficult Pulsacoil boiler and emersion repairs. I have always found them friendly and very profesional. They have and I bear witness certainly worked in the best interest of the client and not themselves , all costs and works were fully explained and proven and that is very refreshing. I would also point out that I have never actually met them personally, but we will be using them again for sure.

I had my boiler repaired last year. The boiler had quite a few issues and I was contemplating changing it. They literally made it brand new at a fraction of the cost I would have paid for a new one. I was really impressed by their service. I used them this year to do my boiler inspection and maintenance. Was really pleased with service.

I had an emergency late New Years Eve. I could not turn off my shower and the mains tap was stuck. I randomly chose a plumber and Paul answered promptly and he came to my home quickly. He turned the water off from outside my house and located the problem. I needed a new shower, and he came back and fitted that Jan 2nd.
