I had some issue with my bathroom floor. I called Keiran based on recommendation by several of my neighbours. He came very quickly to have a look at the work, helped me understand what what happening and what we needed to do. I chose to tile that room and he was really responsive when I contacted him to ask (even more) question. When he did the work, he was a joy to have around. He even noticed (and fixed) smaller things that could have become bigger issues in the future. Overall, this was a great experience.

We have used Keiran for our boiler repairs, updates and general maintenance for the last 6 years or so. We also used him for our bathroom refurb a few years back too. Asif was responsive and helpful over the phone then promptly set a time to visit when our boiler stopped working. The next day he diagnosed the problem, got hold of the part and had it up and running in a matter of hours. Friendly but professional, knowledgable and efficient, what more could you ask for. I would be happy recommending this business to any of my friends and family and this will be my first go-to from now on for regular boiler servicing and any issues.

Mo is a great plumber and all round nice guy. Very easy to deal with and he managed to come over and solve the issue in my bathroom with next to no notice. Gave me some great advice about a couple other small issues while he was here and was clean, tidy and efficient in fixing the taps. Would be my first choice if we had another plumbing problem

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent and very speedy service after my boiler stopped working on a very cold night in the middle of January. The plumber came the same evening and repaired everything the following day. These guys are excellent - my toilet was blocked and I live in a small flat with only one toilet so I was in a pretty difficult situation that needed sorted ASAP. I tried another plumber who quoted me a fee of £119 and said they couldn't come until 2 - 6pm, and weren't able to even give me an exact time! This guy turned up in under an hour, sorted the problem in 10 minutes and was much, much cheaper. Overall great service and I'd highly recommend .

I had an emergency late New Years Eve. I could not turn off my shower and the mains tap was stuck. I randomly chose a plumber and Paul answered promptly and he came to my home quickly. He turned the water off from outside my house and located the problem. I needed a new shower, and he came back and fitted that Jan 2nd. His prices were reasonable, his work was excellent and he said he will come back to change the stuck mains tap to a lever. I highly recommend East London Plumbers LTD.

After a week of no hot water and heating and poor experiences with previous engineers, I found SS boilers on Google. They were able to come the same day I rang and diagnosed the problem really efficiently. Sal was extremely pleasant and advised on getting a new boiler. He was able to install it within a few days and the whole process was easy and not stressful. He made sure all radiators worked and showed us how to use the thermostat. Overall excellent customer service and will be using these guys for all upcoming boiler maintenance.

Just about half an hour ago, I was parking in front of my house when I saw an SS Boiler Installation van. I approached Salman Siddique for a simple job of drilling a hole in my house, offering to pay him after he had a look. He smiled, quickly jumped out of his vehicle, and came in right away to assess the situation. Our CCTV installation had been stalled because of this one job, and I was nervous about hitting plumbing or electrical lines behind the wall. Without any hesitation, Salman gathered the necessary tools, did the drilling, and completed the job professionally – and to my surprise, he did it all for free. Something I had been putting off for months was done by this kind, generous man. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend Salman and SS Boiler Installation to everyone. I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.
