Alex, thank you for coming to our home emergency Saturday evening. It was a pleasure to have you in our home, you were polite, friendly and extremely professional. You tested our heating system to eliminate other possibilities before you identified the blockage in my water pipes and more importantly the pipes into the boiler. You were at my house for 3 hours and charged us as per the original quote. You were thorough and efficient and I would have no hesitation in having you back or recommending you to others. If was a pleasure meeting you, wish all plumbers were like you!

Both Kriss and Bogdan did an excellent job. They took care of my water heater, changed some pipes, installed a new kitchen faucet, checked my outdoor water purification system, and will be fixing my reverse osmosis system on my sink. As usual great job at affordable price. I am incredibly happy with the quality of service, communication, and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

I called Affordable Plumbing & Heating E15 and they scheduled an appointment for between 3 and 4. They called at 2:55 to say Adrin would be out he was here at 2:58, found the problem and took care of it in less than an hour.. He was excellent, thorough and efficient. Great service!

Pierre has done a number of large and small jobs for us including replacing a boiler system, installing new radiators and renovating two bathrooms. He has an excellent attention to detail and does everything to an extremely high standard. He is reliable, trustworthy and generally a really nice guy. As a letting agent I have used these a few times on difficult Pulsacoil boiler and emersion repairs. I have always found them friendly and very profesional. They have and I bear witness certainly worked in the best interest of the client and not themselves , all costs and works were fully explained and proven and that is very refreshing. I would also point out that I have never actually met them personally, but we will be using them again for sure.

I had a problem of no hot water from my Pulsacoil 2000 system . I phoned the manufacturers Gledhill who offered to send an engineer out for a fixed price repair at £399! Upon googling further , I totally lucked out with Iqbal from Rapid React. I explained the issue and he immediately said "try the reset of the thermostat ", even to the extent of a FaceTime guided call to walk through the process and sending photos of what reset button to look for. He was totally right in his assessment and voila, hot water came on . So rare in these days of botch or rip off tradespeople to come across the totally top guy that is Iqbal ! Thank you so much!

I was really stressed and worried when my Pulsacoil 2000 boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no hot water. With the weather getting colder and having a dependent, this was a major problem. I tried calling a few places for help, but couldn't find the right solution until I contacted Iky. He was super friendly and helpful, not trying to rip me off at all. He walked me through fixing the issue over the phone and we got it sorted out without any stress. My boiler PCB board was damaged due to an internal leaking. Salman rectified the leaking issue and replaced the PCB board promptly. 👍 He was confident with service he provided and willing to give workmanship gurantee which other engineers were not willing to do so. Just about half an hour ago, I was parking in front of my house when I saw an SS Boiler Installation van. I approached Salman Siddique for a simple job of drilling a hole in my house, offering to pay him after he had a look. He smiled, quickly jumped out of his vehicle, and came in right away to assess the situation. Our CCTV installation had been stalled because of this one job, and I was nervous about hitting plumbing or electrical lines behind the wall. Without any hesitation, Salman gathered the necessary tools, did the drilling, and completed the job professionally – and to my surprise, he did it all for free. Something I had been putting off for months was done by this kind, generous man. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend Salman and SS Boiler Installation to everyone. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards.
