Completely brilliant and professional set up. The Lock had broken on our iron gate and was welded in. Appointment arranged quickly via WhatsApp. Price competitive. Turned up when promised and the work was carried out efficiently and effectively. And, to top it all off, they use electric/pedal bikes to get round London so are doing their bit for the environment too (and I didn't have to worry about parking permits). 100% recommended.

I was really happy with Ashley from London Locks who offered friendly, honest and informed advice on my lock change having just moved into a new house. He was punctual and carried out the work without mess, damage or delay, changing 3 locks in an hour and a half. He even offered to come back the next day on the way to another local job free of charge to install more options I was considering. The budget was fair and transparent in advance of the job. I would recommend London Locks as a reliable locksmith and will come back to them if I need any work doing.

Excellent locksmith: good communication, reliable and undertook excellent work on a tricky broken bathroom lock that had previously been bodged and painted over. The invoice was also clear and allowed for electronic payment. Finally they removed all the old lock parts for proper disposal.

They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. Amazing service, I was locked out of my flat as I forgot my keys inside and he arrived within 35 minutes of my call. My door had a high security lock that was tricky to work with, he suggested opening through the letterbox and even though there was significant distance between the letterbox and the lock, he kept trying until he figured it out to avoid drilling and damaging my existing lock. Also a great guy with amazing attitude throughout. 100% my go to locksmiths going forward.

Great company! They replied promptly both on the phone and whatsapp. Even if wasn’t an emergency they came out on the same day which is also on a Saturday. Mase has been fantastic, he removed his shoes before coming in and he has been extremely professional and precise. He had to change a lock that wasn’t working and he promptly replaced it with a high quality one. He also filled and retouch any little snagged to the door. He provided two keys a with the locks and told me that of their 6 months warranty period which is a piece of mind. He also took the time to make some adjustments in the other lock that was working but that needed a little tweaking and he has even added a plate in the other lock to match the other one all included in the original price! Five stars because I can’t give more!

Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. the fob for my parking area would not work, so i went to Khan’s. Staff super helpful and advised that cloning would not work if my original wouldn’t. i borrowed a neighbours fob and the cloning was done from that in 2-3 minutes. They advised me in advance that it might not work because of the type of fob, they said i’d get a partial refund if it didn’t. Thankfully it did. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, politeness, honesty and value for money..
